Awesome place! I ordered a new washer and dryer and it’s not gonna be here for a few weeks so I need to do laundry. I haven’t been to a laundry mat probably in 20 to 25 years!! Haha. But this one was very easy, and I never knew they made washers and dryer so big.

The thing I really enjoyed, it was clean, they had two pool tables there that only cost a dollar to play, and large flat panel screens on the wall playing current music videos! Such a fun zone type of environment. They even have massage chairs!! lol.

AnywayI was able to do about four loads of laundry at once. I wasn’t familiar with prices so I took the huge washer so I might’ve overdid it and that was nine dollars, and then the large dryers were only like 375. Bottom line I’m definitely going to go there again if I need to.

The lady at the front was very nice and helped me figure everything out, and told me surprisingly today was empty because it’s a Thursday. So if you’re looking for days that are not crowded, I was literally the only person in there. So Thursday is the day to go. Oh, but I also went there around 9:30 AM. She did warn me on weekends they are packed so plan your day accordingly. But it looks like they have a taco stand right next-door that sells authentic Mexican tacos so that would be a plus if you go at lunchtime or dinner.

Overall it was a very easy and pleasant experience!! And I got caught up on the latest music videos!!😃

The ladies that work here are amazing. Super helpful and very customer service driven. It's always a pleasure to either come in to do laundry or have it done. Highly recommend

Staff is very helpful and guided me as I had gone there for the first time on my visit. The place is very neat and clean. There are seats to sit and free wifi or you can bring a book along.

The machines and over all areas are nice and clean but the a.m. cashier/ attendant on 10/26/17 never seemed to be around when she was needed! Once she even walked off with someone she was talking to right down the sidewalk of the shopping center like she was off duty. But once she was captivated, she was ok. I thought of not returning there because of the service.

I've been going there for a few years. When they first opened it was the best place in town. It still is but the quality of service has gone way down. The free wifi is slower and once, in the middle of summer, when my wife made a comment to a manager about how warm it was with the doors open and no air conditioning on he just told her it was easy for her to sat since she didn't have to pay the bill

This laundromat is really good place to come to it has plenty of of space air conditioning, next to family dollar you can wash your clothes and go shopping all in one wifi service you can smell the clean,

Absolutely marvelous!! Large, clean, and affordable. Machines start at $2.25. The attendant was very nice and helpful. Will come out of my way to do laundry here. Never, will I go to The Laundry Room in Hiram again!

Very clean. Wi-Fi, games, pool tables, fooseball table, toy machines, snacks.
They have a card system so if you don't have cash on you, you can just load a card to pay for laundry.
They also have oversized washers (up to 8 loads) and large dryers.

Washers and dryers are overpriced. And the manager is to cheap to put soap in that customer bathroom! I Ask the attendant for soap she lied and said they forgot then admitted the employee restroom had some. I have been there a few times and they Never had any in the restroom! Nasty place.
