Could be a great place but underinvested and charmless staff
Seen better days - ok but quite run down facilities
Small rinks but there are two of them.
Best adult hockey league in the city! Head to laskerrink.com to sign up. Runs from Nov-March and you play outside!
Got the Ice to ourselves 👌
The pool is huge!
The adult hockey league is cheap and it's the bomb.
Though not as scenic as its counterpart Wollman, Laser Pool & Ice Rink is less crowded and more economical. Fewer tourists venture here, making it better for skaters looking to practice their skills.
Less busy than it's southern neighborhood, one can catch (or compete!) in a hockey game at Lasker.
Good place to skate, hang out upstairs and people watch.
Tired of the huge crowds at Wollman Rink? Looking for a place to seriously get your skate on? Is so, then this is the place for you. Read about other places to ice skate in NYC on MetroFocus.
Its cold when you fall on ur butt lol :-)
The first session from 11am - 245pm is nice the pool is always empty the second session from 3p - 645p Tends to be more rowdy there are alot of teens that don't pay mind to young swimmers
11am to 3pm then 4pm to 7pm
Open stick and puck sessions on holiday weekends are great pond hockey fun in the middle of central park.
Make sure you bring a lock and a towel! Then you are good to go :) great way to cool off in NYC
Great rink, much less crowded (and less expensive) than Wollman Rink, Rockefeller center, or Bryant park.
