Best Resort I have ever stayed at!! I have stayed at some really nice resorts ( The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka'anapali; The Atlantic Hotel And Spa In Fort Lauderdale etc. ) but this is by far the best resort. The property is fantastically beautiful, especially the infinity pool and the ocean views in the morning. The staff was amazing as well, our fan shorted so we called the concierge and they had someone at our door in 10 minutes. The room itself is also very clean, new and very big. The private island is also very nice and has lots of activities. I also recommend booking the aqua adventure tours to Culebra, they are amazing with crystal clear water. This is a different type of resort do not stay at the el conquistador hotel that is like a normal hotel, this hotel is unique but very beautiful. Stay at the las casitas village and get the ocean view casita, for amazing ocean views in the morning.

Awesome place to stay. Amenities are too notch The staff is great. But beware of the beaches, bring your water shoes!

Breath-taking views. We rented the 3-bedroom Villa which was very spacious. Each bedroom room had it's own bathroom. The kitchen felt like a waste because there is not a grocery store on the property. The only thing I didn't like about Las Casitas was the fact that you had to wait for a shuttle to get to and from the main hotel.

Food/drinks are outrageously overpriced. Our AC broke which took countless phone calls and 1.5 days to tell us they'd have to downgrade our room or we'd have to stay in the room without AC. At checkout, our bill showed 7 (!) random "service charges". I'm sorry, but no. They're definitely Americanized and don't represent Puerto Rico in the least. That being said, the views were breathtaking and the grounds were gorgeous.

Second visit. We really enjoy this property. The service is excellent and the views are spectacular. There's a good variety of restaurants and activities. Worth every cent.
