    Prepare for tons of sales tactics! Terrible experience. Wasted 2 hours of our evening.

    Their internet sales department was great, and told us about their "match or beat it" policy. They gave us a good price and were very helpful. As soon as we walked in the door, there were about $800 in extras added! After 2 hours of back and forth, they knocked $200 of the $800 off... but were still $600 higher than we were expecting from our emails!

    All of the people were friendly. But MANAGEMENT obviously needs to change how they operate!!!

    Edit: Thanks for the response below, however, I have an email from your dealership stating the final price you agreed to sell the car. I didn’t try to negotiate, I only tried to get you guys to honor your own price. You threw on “mandatory” loss prevention, door guards, and some other overpriced upgrades.

    Absolute scumbags. I went in to look at a used cart, that was available 1 hour earlier. They led me around and after 45 minutes told me that the car wasn't there. They were pressuring me into giving tons of information that they absolutely didn't need.
    I then got the following voice message that ended up being just a call about me buying a car "My Name, I have an urgent message for you. Call me back as soon as possible." This is unacceptable. I will never go back and will strongly advise against any of my friends going there.

    Everyone at Larry H Miller Honda in Murray is so friendly and willing to help. I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome while I was there. I needed help with my totally worn out tires and Larry H Miller Honda service team went COMPLETELY above and beyond to help me get it taken care of, and quickly! Not only did they go out of their way to help rescue me from side of road, but also went out of their way to track down the right tires in the warehouse ON A SATURDAY so my car could be done and ready the same day. (On a weekend!) Not only was I overly satisfied with my new tires, and how they re-balanced everything (so I’d be running smoothly on the freeways), they also thoroughly washed my car making my car and tires so sparkling, shining, and beautifully clean to return to me. Thank you so much, Larry H Miller Service Dept! You are definitely doing something right and absolutely, clearly know the meaning of excellent customer service. Thank you for caring about your customer!

    This is my second time purchasing a car from Larry H Miller Honda, and once again it was a great experience. Our sales guy, Pat, was SO great to work with and I will ask specifically for him from now on. We left with such a great car and are so happy with our whole experience. Everyone made it such a smooth process. Thank you again! You guys are the best!!

    I walked in just wanted to look around and wasn’t sure about Honda. I called later that day after test driving and I wanted a quote on a certain car before I came back. The price that this man quoted me was perfect, so I told him I would come back the next day. So I did! I went in thinking it will be good but the decided that the price they quoted me the day before wasn’t what they wanted to sell it for. After everything I left very displeased. Just know if you want a quote go into the dealership.

    Excellent customer service and always treat you very well. I do not take my car anywhere else but to Larry H Miller Honda. Also I recommend all my friends to take their car for service at Larry H Miller Honda. If you go there ask for Mac he will make sure take care of you and make sure you are one hundred percent happy with all your service. Waiting area is a second to none and very pleasant place to relax and waiting for your car to be completed.

    I had a fantastic buying experience. Everyone was great to deal with from the salesman to the finance guy. To top it off I went back in a week after buying my car to take advantage of the 7 day price match guarantee expecting them to find a loophole. Couldn't have been more wrong. They immediately matched it and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

    I had a fantastic experience at LHM Honda Murray thanks to Wayne “The Wayne Train” Emery, who goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and hospitality to every customer he interacts with.

    From the moment I first sat down with Wayne, I knew I was working with an experienced professional in the business. He efficiently prepared the vehicle for my test drive and answered all my questions both knowledgeably and respectfully; never once did I feel uncomfortable or under pressure during the test drive. Wayne excelled at finding the perfect equilibrium between business and customer advocacy—I feel that I was listened to and that my needs were met. Thanks to this exceptional buying experience, I drove away in a beautiful new Accord Sport.

    This is one of the best dealership any one can see. They know the true meaning of hassle free buying experience unlike other dealers who says hassle free and put lot of pressure once we are there. Garrett Fram is one of the nicest sales person you ever see and he has shown me all the options and answered all of my questions very patiently. I have called him many times for some questions which he took very positively. I truly recommend this dealer to every one who wants to buy a Honda car. Their price is also very aggressive which saves us lot of dollars.

    The service manager went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I knew exactly what my vehicle needed and why. He had the mechanic show me all the issues that needed attention, along with the risks involved if left for later. He went over pricing in great detail and allowed me to make decisions without pressure, and again went above and beyond to try to find every avenue to save me money on the costs of the repair. My vehicle's performance has drastically improved post-service. My trust has been earned!

    The salesman we got was knowledgeable about his cars but slow and wasted our time! I asked for two cars to be brought up front so we could look and compare two different models..He refused saying he could only bring up one at a time. We asked to drive and see the specific package we were looking for. He said he had two on another lot..We told him we wanted to test drive it...He said okay and took us over to the other lot. He started pointing out the features through the dark Windows..I asked him to open it so we could see and test drive...He stated that he did not have the keys and would need to leave us there and go all the way back to the dealer to get them...I said..OK..Are you going to do that? He said yes..Then proceeded to try to point out things in the car again and explain how they worked...Finally frustrated..I said..Instead of trying g to point it out through dark Windows and explain...Why don't you go get the keys so we can see it and test drive it...He looked at me ..Then said he was going to go get the keys...This had already been over an hour...I was not going to wait the twenty or so minutes for him to go back..find the keys and come back...We had had enough..We left....I would not go back there again...We then went to the Honda in salt lake downtown and they were knowledge and quick to get two cars side by side..Got the keys and within 20 minutes we were test driving a Honda,...Big difference

    This place just wants to make a sale. Two years ago, my husband and I went in looking to buy an Odyssey. They had a Sienna that just came in and was clean. NOT! The car had been abused. Front tires were bald, oil light was on and stains were throughout the 2 year old vehicle. Also got a quote for a trade in on our current 2000 Odyssey. Staff took it and came back with $400 value because the power sliding doors needed to be fixed. Someone had pushed both side doors closed and put divets in the paint during the inspection. Nothing was wrong before they touched it. We left only to be called the next week that they had an Odyssey and Sienna to test drive. The Sienna was the same one we drove the week before. They had just changed the oil and put cheap tires on the front and put the asking price $1000 more.

    Had a great experience buying a new accord from Wayne Emery and Scott Vincent. They were friendly and helpful without the sales gimmicks. They gave us time to think though the purchase before we signed. They went the extra mile to get me the right car at a price that I am happy about.

    I bought a car from this dealership from 2 years ago, and it became the worst experience I have ever had in my entire. They don't even deserve a star. I always wanted to write a review but emotionally wasn't ready. It made me sick to my stomach when I tried.

    They screwed me over very terribly. They acted as if they were giving me a great deal, but what they did was to overprice the car with a 18% interest rate and a lot of unnecessary options to the contract.

    Some may say I should've done more research and been more assertive and said no. Yes, I have to admit I was so ignorant about buying a car in this county. I take this experience as a lesson, and this is why I'm writing this review, hoping no one has to pay for the expensive life lesson like I did.

    Luckily, I have a friend working as a financial specialist and helped me out cancel all the options. One day, we went in to the dealership to check and see if the cancellation had been completed. After leaving the accounting office, we decided to stop by the sales department to ask a couple questions. The sales manager seemed a little irritated, but my friend politely started talking to the manager. Then the manager offensively said, "So who are you?". My friend told him we were friends, and then the manager yelled, "Oh okay then you are not our customer. GET OUT OF HERE!!" We were in shock for a moment. Totally speechless. He ended up arguing with my friend, and in the end, he was yelling at us furiously, "If you guys don't leave, I will call the police! Get out of this room now!! Can't you hear me? GET OUT!"

    As I said at first, it was 2 years ago and I hope they are not like this now. However, I will not go back to this dealership ever again, or maybe they didn't even care if I would come back for another car because of how they treated me. I recommend going somewhere else or make sure you know 120% what you are doing.

    Scott Vincent knows his stuff. He was able to confidently answer any questions I had regarding purchasing a used car. He's attentive and trustworthy. I would highly recommend going to Scott to purchase your next vehicle.
