  We had a great truck-buying experience at Langlade Ford. The sales rep, Eric, was great and helped us get the truck we wanted. He was always accessible and responsive throughout the process of ordering a vehicle. When the truck came in, Matt was awesome at explaining all the wonderful, new-fangled gizmos on the thing. After those pleasant interactions, we were not impressed with the high-pressure sales tactics regarding undercarriage rustproofing and extended warranties. We suppose that’s the guy’s job, though. And, overall, this is an awesome dealership.

  I really appreciate service after the sale. Zach, Nate and all the mechanical techs there great & make you feel they've got your back. Pretty rare these days. A noticeable difference over other dealerships I've experienced.

  Everything went so smoothly, the only thing I did not get help with finding out where things were and how they worked. I have a friend who helped me out today, and I feel more secure behind the wheel now.

  Excellent Dealership, great sales and service staff.
  My wife and I drive from Wausau and purchased our last 2 vehicles - 17' Edge Titanium and a 16' Explorer XLT

  My experience with Langlade Ford was GREAT! Being a young female and buying my own car for the first time was a challenge. I went to other Ford dealerships and they definitely used my vulnerability to their advantage and were very pushy. I was nervous to go to another dealership, but the people at Langlade Ford were so helpful and friendly. They answered my questions and gave me very valuable information and most importantly were NOT pressuring me at all. Their kindness/helpful ways were one of the main reasons I went back and purchased my Ford Escape. (which I love!) Thank you Langlade Ford, I will definitely be back next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle!

  I was having some antifreeze leaking from the engine on my 2008 Escape. The service team of Zach (Director), Nate (Service Manager) and Chris (Technician) did a fantastic job of explaining what they found and offering potential solutions. When they found out I needed to be at a meeting that day they offered me a complimentary loaner vehicle so I could leave my vehicle with them and not be late for my meeting. True professionals in every sense of the word.

  I would just like to give a shout out to the service department. In the 5 years I've been going there, I can honestly say I have never had a complaint. I've dealt with mostly Nate the last few times any of our vehicles have needed service and I can not be more happy with the customer service. I hope to always own a Ford, but if I ever don't, I'll still go here for service :)

  Had a wonderful salesman, Chase, who spent as much time as I needed going through the various vehicles, the options available, and the different packages on the the vehicles. The vehicle and options I wanted were not on their lot, but he found exactly the vehicle I wanted and we got it in a very short amount of time. He was very knowledgeable, made the whole process enjoyable.

  We love our new vehicle. I have told everyone how wonderful Langlade Ford was to deal with. They stayed late 2 nights in a row for us. And took the time to explain every feature and program every feature to our settings before we drove off the lot. I have to say this is the first dealership that I felt really cared about me and not just a sale. Thank you to your team and I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.
