I have dealt with Langford Quality Cars for about 23 years now. I have fond them to be very understanding when I was sick and had to have surgery, I let them know I could not afford to keep the truck I had they came and picked it up then when I got out of the hospital and was able to return to work they sold me another truck with no down payment.
Janet has always been understanding if people would call and let her know they were getting behind because of losing a job or some kind of illness. I have always known her to work with people if they gave here the respect of letting her know what was happening.
The people I hear talking bad about them are the ones who don't call and move. Or hide their cars then they get mad and badmouth her and the business.I have also noticed most of those people have a history of trying to keep from paying for what they buy from anyone and according to them it is always the business or the people that work there that cause the problem. But really it is just the customers going from place to place trying to beat businesses out of their merchandise without paying for it.

The staff may have the professionalism of a barnyard auctioneer but they are by far the best buy here pay here there is. Thanks guys we love our navigator
