    Easiest place to purchase a vehicle and get the best price without much difficulty. My family has purchased multiple vehicles from Landmark over the past several years. I recommend Landmark to all of my friends and family. My favorite part of my Landmark experience was that I didn’t have to be a jerk to get a good price on my new car. 😃

    I want to start off by saying our salesman Spencer was amazing. My wife and I had been looking for a vehicle for some time and he was by far the best we have worked with and he made it extremely easy and did his best to work with us by getting the most out of our terrible trade. I am only giving 4 stars because once we got into the paperwork and financing side of things it was a little rough. The gentleman trying to sell us the tire warranty was pushy and even got whiny after I repeatedly told him no, the sales manager, Martin, seemed to be quite helpful, the process took us a couple days and at one point we waited over an hour when we got there. Overall we had a good experience, I would go back to Spencer for any car buying needs in the future.

    Old post 5 stars...Our salesman Jimmy was great. We happened upon the lot after a long day of looking and came across a great deal. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our deal work after a few slight issues with our financing. Thank you Jimmy, Andy and Grant. This post was from 2015.

    This was a review that brought us to this dealer again. We bought a truck from the used side a couple years ago! Today 3/3/18 our experience was less than desirable! It’s a long story and one I would love to talk to the Owner about! Our salesman tried but I was not impressed with the sales manager.

    They move fast. Don't be afraid to slow the scenario down. The key to a good deal is proper communication. You are there to get a car, not make a new friend. Don't feel intimidated. Lots of sales people to pick from and the managers are more than happy to fit you with the right sales personnel. Making a friend after the sale is just a bonus. :-) they've always taken the time to make sure my needs were handled in the best way.

    Great overall. Spencer the sales guy worked with me on finding a truck that fit my bu what I was looking for. The accessories guy was a little let down. He should have looked to see if I already had a rhino liner instead of trying to sell me one. It doesn't look like it has the under spray, I did buy it. I think the accessories person should look instead of just selling it to make sure.
    Given they only had the truck a few days I understand why it was over looked. It's just a walk or phone call to look tho. The warranty person should have offer me the lower price to begin with. He didn't offer it until I held out so I didn't buy any ways. I felt like that should have been an up front price. The management team the over sees the trade in vales really did a great job on getting me what I wanted in on the price and I know Spencer key had a hand in that as well. Pleasantly pleased with them and Spencer. Only way that I was let down was the picture sent to me was with the truck with running boards but the previous owner wanted them so they took them off. Kinda wish they would have thrown them in or thrown them in at cost to compensate for the picture that was presented. But all in all great place and great place to buy a truck. Great sales team with a no pressure approach. Even after I walked away from the first time. very genuine at heart. Well Spencer is any ways. . Thanks for everything,

    I had a great experience at Landmark Dodge Jeep and Chrysler! I made a purchase in the used cars department. I was pleased with the staff. Everyone was very kind and helping. My car salesman was Ramon. He is awesome! He was extremely patient with me, and understanding about my expectations.
    All in all, he's very advising, knowledgeable and efficient. I'd highly recommend Ramon as your salesman and this lot as your go to! Plentiful options. New and Used cars. I'm happy to say, that our Hyundai Elantra is an EXCELLENT purchase and happy new edition to the family!

    Great experience with John for a Ram 1500 I purchased. Best price out the door and best price on trade in plus John knew EVERYTHING about the truck! His General Sales Manager Brian stopped by too and was a super nice person... greatly appreciate the experience!

    It was a pleasure to work with our sales person Ramon. He listened carefully to our interests and needs and helped us look at the Cherokee we came in to see. No pressure. He joined us for a test drive and answered all our questions. We decided to see what the a deal would look like. Ramon made the process work and there was no wasted time. We were very pleased with the numbers and set up a time the next day to finalize the trade. He came in on his normal day off to help us get through the paperwork and delivery process. The delivery and finance process went “slick as a whistle”. We would recommend Ramon and the staff at Landmark as great dealship to work with.

    I love my chrysler 300....and when it is time for servicing my vehicle, they always email me a reminder. I trust their technicians because they have experience & skill.
    Feeling secure is important to me when I'm driving. Landmark gives that security because of the quality vehicles they sell.
    You have a Chrysler ?...answer this question.
    Who knows it better than a Chrysler dealer & their service people? Safety is quality service and that's what you get at

    I bought a brand new 2017 Jeep Compass Limited today and I literally had the BEST customer service experience ever!! Mike greeted my family and I immediately when we arrived. I never felt pressured into buying any specific vehicle because Mike was more so concerned about what my interest were and what I wanted from my vehicle more than anything.

    I was able to compare the vehicles of my interest and get detailed information on each and what would be best for my budget.

    As a first time care buyer, my paperwork process was hassle free and I cannot thank ALL of the gentlemen at this dealership enough for the treatment my family and I received.

    Thank you so much Mike for listening to my interest and accommodating me in any way possible. Huge thanks to Ryan in finance, you were AMAZING & definitely made me feel at ease about my payments. Thank you Jeremy, if you hadn't explained the warranty the way you did, I would have never thought to get it. Also, thanks to the manager on duty today. You were amazing as well!!

    Had a wonderful experience! My mother came with me and she drives a tough bargain but Mike Banks was extremely polite and patient and worked with us to get us an amazing deal for my trade in and a new jeep. As soon as we got to the Lot he made sure we were being helped. He wasn't pushy and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with whatever we were getting. There was another salesman who stopped to congratulate us on our new jeep and he called my son by his name which gave the experience a personal touch! Will definitely be back. Thank you!

    Drove by Belton lot seen a used vehicle I was interested in initial visit spoke with salesmen he said the price was 24998 he also said since I wasn't trading anything we could negotiate the asking price. Came back next day for test drive closer look at vehicle tires might been big and flashy but over half their life was gone. When asked how much of a lift it had they didn't know. Went inside to talk numbers salesman goes back to speak with manager as I told him asking was too much. He came back with 500 less than asking. Me obviously not impressed with such a gracious reduction the salesman stressed those vehicles hold the value and they haven't posted it online yet, no deal was made. Now for the shady sleazy stereotype a week later curious I seen they had posted it online , now they have it listed for 23998 to me they were consciously trying to bleed every penny and dupe customers bidding their time till someone over pays. I understand it's a business and profit is needed but I've dealt with other car lots whose way more flexible with a smaller margin. That's why I will gladly go back to them and probably not ask for as much of a reduction the next time.

    Beware.
    Our salesman was rude, ignorant and highly unprofessional. In addition, the salesman kept trying to play shell games with a $1180 "freight charge", because we "were not paying MSRP", which includes destination charges.
    The visit culminated in utter disrespectful attitude towards my wife after a matter of fact comment was made about the trade in value of my vehicle. She stated we could just fix the vehicle and sell it for 10x their offer. The salesman seemed to take this comment as a personal affront against himself. He went from being generally unprofessional to being utterly abhorrent in his conduct. The sales manager attempted to calm the situation as we were leaving. Then the salesman followed us to our vehicle to give a fake apology to me (not my wife), all the while his body language was anything but contrite or apologetic. The entire experience at Landmark was negative. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, under any circumstances.

    Great experience! Had the exact truck I was looking for at a great price! Drove 4 hours and they couldn't have been nicer. Worked with me to get it done in a timely manner as I came in 35 minutes before close and had a 4 hour drive home. If your looking for A great deal with great people, go to Landmark. Yes, I am an actual customer. 😁

    I bought my first car from here last week! Everything went awesome and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience. My salesman was Bob. Bob showed me everything there was to offer to make sure that I left with exactly what I needed. He was very nice and professional and I would buy a car from him again any day!

    I had an excellent experience at Landmark Chrysler Jeep in the used department. I worked with a salesman named Bob Lackland while making my purchase. I would recommend Landmark Chrysler Jeep and Bob to any friend or family member that is in the market for a new or used car.

    My mother bought a used Dodge Journey this month. BAD idea!! I wish there was a -star rating. This vehicle needed a timing chain, starter,and bonus a battery!! I understand maybe one think could be wrong but all of this? ?? Absolutely crazy! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone! Awful place. Needless to say we won't be sending anyone here and taking our business elsewhere.

    I am extremely happy with Landmark. I found my Fiat online on Monday, went and test drove it with Jake Goodwin. After driving it, I knew the car was made for him. Jake and everyone at Landmark made the process super easy and fast. Everyone was very friendly & congratulated me when I drove away. The best part is that the financing manager remembered that my boyfriend and I are big Sporting KC fans and talked to him while I finished up my paperwork. I HIGHLY recommend Landmark for your next car purchase!
