    TERRIBLE Service. Brought my truck in to get U-joints and drive shaft replaced. Quoted me $1,300. They called me and convinced me to add on a front and rear differential service because they claimed my fluid was low in front diff. I agreed only because of their recommendation and “discounted package price” since they were already going to be servicing the transmission. When they finished the job they charged me $1,950. Strike one. Immediately I started noticing some drips from my front diff. 3 weeks later I’m throwing diff fluid everywhere. Well, they overfilled the front diff and didn’t make sure the drain was unclogged which caused both my seals to blow out. Strike two. Brought it in and figured they would fix it since I have never had a diff issue in the 7 years I’ve owned the truck until they touched it. Instead they quoted me $1,100 but said they would give me a break and do it for $1,000. Strike three. I expect better service from a dealership and expect them to stand behimd their work. That’s why I was willing to take their recommendations and pay they higher rates. I will NEVER bring a vehicle to them again.

    Got any extra key made and wanted to check on an antenna because mine was missing. I got the key at a really good price (being at a dealership). They put an antenna on and now my radio comes in great and they really worked with me on the antenna.

    Had a switch which was accidentally (from production / factory) that wasn't connected. Spoke with service personnel & Rick, described problem, and was scheduled for the service of this warranty repair. Rick the General Manager of service greeted me and confirmed info upon arrival, and I decided to wait at the Customer waiting area (expecting and was comfortable that I may be there for an extended time). After maybe 20 minutes, my name was called and I was greeted to my vehicle where it was explained of problem, and I was extremely satisfied and happy that these guys are a GREAT team and provide extraordinary service. I cannot imagine _any_ dealership and service providing this type of excellent service and taking such great pride and efficient management to connect the Chevrolet promise and delivering extreme satisfaction. I would highly recommend this dealer and the terrific Management of Rick Theobald - such a extraordinary experience. Thanks so very Much !

    John was helpful in getting me the appointment I needed for an oil change and tire rotation. I was leaving out of town the next day and he got me scheduled and out the door in no time. He reviewed the diagnostics with me line by line and and helped me understand the priorities and the consequences if I didn't address them. He took a lot of stress off me.He has a genuine smile, very polite and professional; and made me feel appreciated as a customer.

    Brought my truck in for oil change and tires rotated an to have my transmission to be checked out on Thursday at 8:00a.m made the appointment days in advance. The first day they change my oil, rotated my tires without balance them. I had to call them the same day to check on my truck later that evening. Cause no one called me about it. To be told they don't have a tech to checkout my transmission an that they don't balance tires unless the customer ask which I did. But there would be a charge of $59.99 for that an I said no. Truck stayed overnight so a tech could check transmission the next day. Which they did call to say nothing was wrong with it, but it still shifts at high rpm, an rough. So the vibration they said could be do to my tires, so for a $100 they could do this balance which is some kind of road force thing. So a $59.99 balance turned into $100 balance which makes my truck vibrate like crazy now more than it did before. But to top it all off a $35,000 truck with 22 inch rims. To have my rims scratched all up from the removal of the old stick on weights, which they did not remove the sticky from them. To balance them with that stuff still on my rim an to put new weights back on top of the sticky stuff and to write bent on one of my rims. Which has no marks on it, as if it had hit something to bent it. But I'm pissed by how the took care of my rims scratched all up from the removal of the old weights an its in plan sight to see all the scratches an old stick stuff from the old weights.
    I have pictures that I wish I could post on here so you can see for yourself. It's a 2015 rally addition with less than 30,000 miles on 22inch rims from factory to have them scratch them up. Pissed I say, poor work from the tire tech. No respect for the customers rims. Wouldn't you say John at Landers McLarty. They had my truck for 4 days to do the work with an appointment made.

    I came looking at sports cars and left with a truck! The customer service I received was better than most any other dealership I have visited. Christina was there at every step to ensure any of my needs or concerns were allayed expeditiously. The rest of the team at Landers was professional and helpful as well. I feel very satisfied and will seek assistance from Landers McLarty Chevrolet for my future vehicles purchases.

    Danny Johnson is an excellent sales rep. I told him the exact specifications for the Camaro I was in the market for and he made sure to call me every time a new vehicle was available. He gave me a good deal and has treated me like a prime customer. If you're looking for a new or used car from Landers make sure you talk to Danny.

    I don't know about the dealership part as I have not had to deal with them but the service department is shady. The reps are nice but they do not do service requested and annotated as being done. First, this is the second time that I had to take my truck in to have my tires rotated because they weren't, even though it on the receipt it CLEARLY states that they were. The first time I discovered they didn't rotate my tires by accident while cleaning my truck. I called and took it in and they were rotated. I thought it was a mess up and continued to go to the dealership. Lately, I started to grow suspicious that my tires were not being rotated when being serviced because my tires were wearing weird. Disclaimer: my truck is lifted and has 35" tires but the modifications were done by a Chevrolet Custom shop (Tuscany) and bought at the dealer NEW in its configuration). Anyways, the last 2 times I have taken my truck in for a service, I have marked the wheels to see if they were being rotated and neither time were they. Now it would be speculation to say that my tires weren't being rotated based off the 3 of the 7 (or so) times that I have been there. So, I tested a theory and had a friend take their car in for service and they marked the wheels and his tires were not rotated either. I complained this final time time and was offered to LET me come in so they could rotate the tires and give me a nitrogen fill (supposed $59 value) which should have already been happening because I already have nitrogen. Anyways, I think it is ridiculous that I have $2000 tires that are wearing prematurely due to them not being rotated on a regular basis when I am doing my part in requesting that they be rotated each time. The dealership (or at least the service department) is not doing their part (LIKE ROTATING THE TIRES) to make sure they are TREATING the customer right. I am not usually one to complain or to not let things go but this is exactly why people don't get their service at dealerships. If they are not rotating tires, what else are they not doing? Not only will I not be planning to visit this dealership for service anymore, based off of service department, I will not be planning to go to the dealership for an auto purchase. This makes me question my dedication to GM (this is my 3rd GM). The person I know will not be returning. This story will also come up in my future car buying story nightmares. The things is that everyone seems nice but sadly it is a façade. Facilities are nice and the people seem friendly but I would not trust this dealership.

    My experience with Landers McLarty Chevrolet was truly wonderful my sales rep Tiana went out of her way to meet my purchasing needs. She was very professional as well as Knowledgeable of her job and diligent to guarantee my car buying satisfaction. Management also done a great job of communication in granting me the information I needed with no loop holes and totally honesty. This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from your dealership in the past two and I will continue to do business with you all in the future as well as recommend my friends and family. Thank you for your hard work and efforts with my deal.

    My car was serviced on time and returned to me cleaner than when i dropped it off. John Turney, the service rep. was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. He advised me about the options and associated costs before work began and that's what it ended up being when i picked it up. no surprises! I especially liked the fact that John had the mechanic check some specific concerns i had and told me it was nothing to be concerned about and it was part of routine vehicle inspection so no extra costs incurred . They were honest and professional. I will be back.

    I must admit, this was one of the best experiences I have had with a Service Department in many years. The management staff at Landers McLarty Chevrolet Service is by far an example of what business should be anywhere. The professional way they handled themselves is 'Top-Notch'. The Shop Foreman Michael was extremely helpful above and beyond the call of duty. I know he took personal pride in actually working with the technician to resolve the difficult repair needed to get our vehicle fixed right the first time. He continued to communicate with me to keep me updated and apologized for the length of time it took to correct our problem. The Service Manager, Rick Theobald was right there too, he assured us our problem would be corrected and continued too follow up also so that we had a pleasurable experience with your dealership. It is so refreshing to see such professionalism these days in a dealership service department. Bravo to your management team and keep up the great work. You are blessed to have such great people on your team. Thanks Again and I will be back to your dealership.

    Took my 2015 Chevy Cruze in today with a check engine light on. I requested that someone just check it out quickly. The service rep told me no and that they are booked till Monday. I then took my car to an express oil change where they did a quick two minute check to let me know that it was a power train issues and to take it back to the dealer. 0 customer service out of this dealer. I will not buy my next Chevy here. Even though I had a good experience buying the vehicle I now know they do not car to take two minutes out of the day to just ensure my car is safe to drive, so I then can schedule an appointment. Now that I know what is going on thanks to no one here . I will take my car to be repaired to the Athens Chevy and do future buying with them as well.

    NEVER using the service department again. NEVER buying another car at this dealership. The service department lost my car for two days. When they found my car they couldn't find the keys. Blamed everything on the towing company (even though I called the service department twice to check up on my car and was told "they were working on it"). Talked to the service manager whom told me "they were working on it". Day three is here and I have no idea if my car is even there, or if they found my key, or if I need to call the police and file a stolen vehicle report because NOBODY there has called me back about my car. Extra saltiness: the young lady that answers the phone. She's full of snark and attitude. If they ever find my car I'm having it towed to Clem Tire...

    Went in for an oil change and as soon as it was complete I was driving home I noticed that the car sounded rougher and 30 minutes later the check engine light came on. I went back to the shop and explained that to which they found that the coolant tank busted but that it wasn't their fault and that they'd fix it for $450(for at most a $120(non oem $30) part that's easily accessible with only 2 screws) . I know that in my care my cars only need was an oil change and after their care it needed a costly repair. Seems shady. No attempt at good coustomer care.

    This is my second vehicle purchased from Landers McLarty Chevrolet and I have had excellent service. The times there has been an issue with either service or expectations, the dealership has gone above and beyond to ensure the problems were corrected. This means a lot in the world today. I have had many great interactions with the service department here as well. I only have my vehicles serviced here and that has given me great peace of mind.

    my wife was told it would be 1hr wait to receive a oil change, finally over 2 hrs later it was complete. After getting the oil change my wife could smell oil burning in the cab of the car, upon checking the car out, Landers let the oil cap off. she had to smell burning oil along with have to inhale it! Great Job! i would give 0 stars if i could. will not be coming back to landers for any kind of service.

    Your service department addressed the problem and repaired it in record time. At no charge because it was covered under my powertrain warranty. I am looking to trade in one or two of our other automobiles and we are definitely looking at Landers McLarty as an option. I have been extremely happy with the service department.

    I went there looking to upgrade from my 2006 lancer, with the awesome help and great work of Jesus Huerta I left with a 2017 Chevrolet Spark. The whole team was great and helpful, but Jesus Huerta is the reason I bought from Landers McLarty Chevy, the man has only been there a month and is actually helpful and knowledgeable, absolutely not pushy in any way, not only did he make it a pleasurable experience but that's the most fun I have ever had going into debt. I highly recommend buying from Jesus Huerta and the Landers McLarty Chevrolet team!

    I am so happy with my experience at this location.. I had to get some body work done on my front end. I met with this guy name Doug who worked in the collision department. Wow He is such a nice person with a beautiful Spirit. He got my vehicle fix in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with his work. I would recommend him
