My technician from Lakeside Plumbing & Water Heater Repair was courteous, and professional. I also appreciated that he encouraged me to ask any relevant question regarding preventative maintenance for the future and to be more understanding of the unit. I’m still having the same problem as before so I may not have necessarily needed the service…TBD. All in all, I would recommend this company only to others.

We had a wonderful experience with Lakeside Plumbing & Water Heater Repair. The technician was very professional and on time. He explained everything about what he was going to do and reviewed / explained everything afterwards. He also emphasized that they were available 24/7 for any issues we might have. I highly recommend this company.

Call Lakeside Plumbing & Water Heater Repair and they are the nicest and most honest person. The technician was able to determine the problem with our water leak instantly. He told me right away that he was not able to repair it as it is a utility issue and recommended another reputable company he is familiar with. I am so grateful for his expertise and honesty. This is who you want to call for a trusted inspection!

We highly recommend Lakeside Plumbing & Water Heater Repair! We have hired them for two jobs now and are really happy with his work. Not only did he complete both jobs with a high level of skill, but he is reliable, kind and clearly has a strong work ethic. During one of the jobs he did for us, another unrelated issue popped up that was not his responsibility but wanting to leave the job fully complete he fixed that for us too! We would recommend Lakeside Plumbing & Water Heater Repair to all of our friends and family!!

Arrived on time (on Sunday) to replace leaking water heater. Price was discussed before they came out. Clean, pleasant and professional. I would use them again
