I took my sick cat yesterday to Lake Station veterinary. She got XR and labs. I was told by the doctor that she was going to call me today with results. I called to check on her labs since nobody called me. I was notified that the doctor is sick and didn’t go to work. I asked the receptionist if she could email me the results (she did right away). I was shock when I realized that nobody asked if my cat is feeling better. After $520 bill I would expect somebody to care enough for my cat and ask if she’s doing better. I understand one doctor can be sick, but the veterinary should have a follow up system. I won’t take any of my cats again to this veterinary

This was my first visit at Lake Station Pet Clinic. My fur baby does not like new places. What could have been an uncomfortable moment for myself and Tanner turned into an excellent experience in compassion. He received excellent care and I would highly recommend everyone to take a moment and try this hidden gem.

They were great! My parents have been taking our pets there since I was a little girl. As an adult now I take my own pets. My border collie, Lady, is very nervous & they did AMAZING with her. Made her comfortable & gave her a treat afterwards . Answered all my questions & made sure that they explained everything in details.

I was thinking to myself this expensive! but it was for 2 cats three years of not having to do it again! Then I said oh yeah that's about right. Great service very caring and they were patient kind and gentle with my cats ❤️

We had to lay our sweet furbaby down and they were wonderful. Very compassionate, gave us all the time we needed and had a separate exit, directly out of the room so you don't have to walk through the waiting area. They made a very difficult time, much easier to cope with.

Doctors are amazing. My dog had a large tumor on his neck/shoulder. They did an amazing job. I have always been extremely happy.

People here are always friendly. Helps my dog with here allergies. Only complaints being that I often wait a long time for service and my dog is very big and some of the assistants (and even one vet) are scared of her. One thing I really don't like it that every time they cut her nails, they cut too short and she bleeds. But they do help my dog so I just don't have them clip her nails anymore.

I brought my Siamese yesterday and typically she does NOT warm up to strangers. While petting and talking to Isabella, she handled her exam like a champ and was such a good girl! She even sat on exam table with little to no restraint and remained calmed throughout her visit. Dr. Clements and her assistant were amazing!!!

The staff is phenomenal. We have brought our pets here since 2001 and continue to bring them here even though we now live about a half hour away. The drive is worth it when I know they will be well cared for by great people who really love my pets as much as I do.

I've been here at least a dozen times. I've taken all 3 of my dogs and my cat here multiple times and never had a bad experience. The staff are all friendly, caring, and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Compassionate , very great knowledge from vets. Very pleased with services my dogs have received. Dr. Heckler done an outstanding job cropping my pit bull's ears. I recommend Lake Station Pet Clinic when I'm asked by people for a nice caring, place to take there pets for services they need to stay healthy.

The vets were highly knowledgeable on multiple options of issues with our Blue Pitbull. She was very relaxed with all the assistants and doctors that examined and treated her. Shes not like that with anyone else outside our household. We will definitely return. 5 stars :)
