Aramus was such a huge help to our family as we searched for the perfect car for our daughter. Outstanding customer service.

If you're in the market for a vehicle, new or used, I strongly suggest you check out Lake Keowee Ram between Clemson and Seneca and ask for Charlie Thomas. I could have saved myself a lot of time and headache if our family had stopped here first. Charlie is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your car buying experience and it shows in everything he does. This was a first class experience from beginning to end and that's rare today. It also doesn't hurt that I love my new RAM 1500 EcoDiesel!

I am extremely disappointed with Lake Keowee Jeep Service. I made 4 attempts in the last 10 days to get in touch with the service dept. due to a problem with the 2016 Jeep Cherokee that I had purchased from them. I left messages asking for someone to call me; I even used the "chat" to try to get in touch with them. Both with no results. This is the 2nd Jeep I have purchased from Lake Keowee, and it will most certainly be the last. If they don't care enough for me as a customer to call me back when I report a problem, they certainly don't want my business. And I guarantee they won't get any more business from me. I went to them in the first place because their commercials were so upbeat; I guess that was only for sales purposes, not service after the sale.

I saw a 2017 Grand Cherokee advertised on their site and responded with a request for more information. They sent me several emails encouraging me to come by the Jeep. I drive to the dealership a good distance away in another state and offered to buy it, but suddenly the price “was a mistake by Chrysler” and they instead wanted thousands more. Typical bait and switch behavior.

I contacted the owner, who likewise refused to honor his advertised price and email solicitations to buy it and started calling me names.

Watch out for sharp sales tactics and bullying.

It's always a pleasure to get my truck seviced. I usually wait and not for long. It's not overly expensive and the staff friendly and honest. The main reason, why I pass on 3 other RAM dealers and drive one way 30 miles: they do it right the first time, they don't try to sell me unnecessary extras and they stand to their word. How many can say that about their dealer? Thanks, lake keowee ram for not letting me down as customer, like the others, I purchased from.

Fulfills Dealership Stereotype. Quoted me nearly $1200 for a repair done at another reputable garage for under $600. Avoid this place.
Very much a 'guy's place.' I wouldn't send my wife to this dealership or service center... Old school mentality, if you get my drift.

Review on Service Dept: Booked two appointments online and neither got actually booked. My truck was great. Drove straight, straight steering wheel. Got a tire rotation here and received my truck back with a crooked steering wheel and a pull to the left. Was told my left toe was now magically "way out". Both should have been noticed with a simple road test. Took it back and they gave it an alignment (which was no-charge, I'll give them that), but got my truck back with the steering wheel now crooked to the other side. Ended up paying for a proper alignment (yes, it was still out) from Meineke. $90 is a small price to pay for this lesson. The extra star is simply because the guy at the front desk was informative and friendly. Still haven't received a response from the manager when I emailed almost two weeks ago.

These guys worked with me on the car I wanted, and even stayed over an hour after closing to make sure I was able to leave with it that night. I really appreciate the great customer service from the salesman and finance manager for being nice and friendly, even when I wasn't. I would definitely buy from them again!

Great experience buying an older Jeep. Joe Vogel, my salesman, was great. I've been talking to him about buying a Jeep for a few weeks now. No pressure, just very helpful. Super nice guy, and if you go visit the store, you can't miss him, he's almost 7 foot tall. lol.

Anyway, they had a deal on this 2004 Jeep Wrangler that I couldn't refuse. I had been looking for months for one. Joe was great, everyone at the store was very friendly, I never felt pressured to buy anything in the 3 visits I have made to the store. Even the finance manager was really nice and he didn't pressure me to buy anything extra either.

It's an older Jeep, and it has no warranty, so I know it could have problems down the road but they didn't try to hide the fact they wouldn't warranty it and I felt comfortable knowing exactly what I was getting into. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again. Great people.

I'll start out by saying that I don't like car dealerships and I don't like car salesman. With that being said, I was in the market for a very specific vehicle and was telling a friend (Jimmy) about it. He suggested that I go see Mark and Robert at Lake Keowee Dodge. My friend had bought a couple vehicles from them and was very pleased with them. I took his advice (although dreading the thought of going to a dealership) and set up a time to meet with Mark. I spent about 15 minutes discussing the vehicle i wanted (and it wasn't even a brand they sell by the way). Mark said he would spend some time looking and give me a call. About 3-4 hours later, Mark called and said that he had found the vehicle I was looking for and said it would be ready the next day around 4 pm for me to look at. I showed up the next day at 4 pm and was surprised to see the exact vehicle I was looking for and the price was less than I was expecting to pay. After about an hour at the dealership, I drove away with my new (used) vehicle. All I can say is this was the BEST car buying experience ever. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Mark & Robert!

Got our hybrid from here last year. The salesman were kind of pushy but that's expected. They are car salesman after all. We got a decent price and the dealership was honest about the car and mechanical state of the car. No issues what so ever a year after the sale. This dealership also has a huge selection of Jeeps and Trucks. One of the largest Jeep dealers in the state. I believe they do Jeep accessories installs etc in their service department. Don't confuse this Jeep dealership with the hole in the wall right down the hill from it. That place only sales over priced Jeep accessories that you can find online for a lot cheaper. They are not affiliated.

I Purchased a New Ram pick up from Lake Keowee Dodge in early June 2017. The sales person Justin Price was excellent. I have reached out to Mark Williams, the owner to discuss the deal in which I received from his dealership, and with one small issue I had he was more than willing to step up to the plate in a CUSTOMER CENTRIC mentality to make sure I was pleased with the results of the deal. THANKS MARK FOR SETTING THE EXAMPLE AND NOT FOLLOWING ONE! I will buy from them again!

My car buying experience was horrid! I'm an 18 year old female, and they 1000% took advantage of that. Luckily, I have great guys come with me to help me. They set a price I liked and when I went to finalize the deal, they sold me a car with 10,000 more miles on it!!!!!! I was so upset that they offered me 6 free oil changes (that definitely did NOT make up for it) but I was so tired of dealing with them, and just wanted to leave. Fast forward 6 months, my airbag light came on, they tried to make me pay $250 for a sensor even though I have a bumper to bumber warranty. I've been dealing with this airbag issue for close to two weeks now and have yet to accomplish anything with them. They claimed they fixed it the first time, and the very next day my light came back on. They are giving me the run around, hardcore. If I could give anyone advice, I'd tell them to do their research on the dealership they buy from.
