Excellent service, great personality's! Helpful, and easy to get basic banking needs done without a certified copy of your first barns goal! And treat you so so nice if they can't do something they apologize and do it in a non condescending fashion! Kudos!

Beware!!!! Security Allert!!!! Stay away and find another bank!!!!! This is by far the worst bank I have ever put my money in. First of all they don’t have a 1-800 number that you can call in case of emergency. The only number they have is the local branch and is only working when the bank is open. When I had my wallet stolen and everything in it including my temporary checks , I had to call a service center somewhere in India to request my debit card to be suspended. The person I talk to had such broken English and inability to understand me that we both had a hard time! When I had a chance to get to the bank in person couple of days later to re-open my debit card I also requested my old account to be closed and a new one to be open instead (with new numbers )since my temporary checks were compromised. Believe it or not they refused! I had to either close the account and took my money elsewhere or I had to have the same account ( account numbers) and hope for the best! Mind you this is a bank that is insured by FDIC! Mind blowing! This is a bank branch in a small town and they give information on accounts over the phone based on the voice they recognize. Anybody can get info on your account as long as they know them personally either over the phone or in person without any identification whatsoever!!!This is not a way to do business and deal with people’s money they in trusted you with! I am at most very concerned and ultimately disappointed!!! Bottom line they issued me a cashier’s check ( since they didn’t have enough cash to give me on the spot). I will gladly take my money elsewhere!!!! And so should you!!!!Beware!!!

I've banked with this bank for 5 years prior & now only about a month. They are very nice employees & they do their job right, prompt & with unbelievable patience.

Was a great bank at first then they started expanding ATM fees they’ve bled my account dry I went to close the account had to pay a 4 dollar atm fee not a good bank would recommend Campus credit union over these guys
