  Mark and Deck were hands down the BEST TOWING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! THEY UNDERSTAND WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY IS AND THEY DO IT WITH EXCELLENCE! They are friendly, real people with whom I was able to relate well. They were both kind and respectful. They saved our family's plight of being broken down in the middle of nowhere. I would be lucky to have them for every tow! Mark, Deck we sincerely thank you!

  Austin is amazing. He got to us in the time he said he was going to be there. In about 10 minutes after I talk to my insurance he call me that he is on his way. He was fast loading up my truck. The first thing this guy did before he got in my truck was he took off his dirty gloves before he got in my truck. That’s how amazing this guy is. That, I really appreciate it. It show the kind of person he is, professional and care for other peoples property. We were able to ride with him had some good conversations. Super cool and friendly. Great customer service and great service. Thank you Austin. I strongly recommend this guys.

  Service was quick and efficient. As soon as we called, he let us know he was on his way and communicated with us the whole way and even checked on us a couple days later. We got out of the mud very quickly and were able to continue our trip.

  A little customer service training might be in order. Our car was in an accident and totaled. They towed it to their impound lot. We had arranged to take the title to them to turn the car over to them in exchange of paying the storage fees. Unbeknownst to us, they had apparently taken our stuff out of the car and were preparing to sell it. By the time we had gone in with the title, they informed us they had already cleaned it out and that they could try and find our stuff. Then when I questioned their ethics and why they don't let their customers know ahead of time, the stupid gen Z girl working there, proceeded to argue that they are not required to tell us anything and that the title we brought in wasn't valid anymore. They had mysteriously produced a new title of their own. My problem is, they did not inform us of anything and acted like they don't have a problem with ripping people off. They should have called us to let us know of the process. It's only common courtesy. That was my entire point but she kept arguing with me that they are not required to let us know. I don't care what is required. To keep customers happy, maybe keep them apprised of what is going on. Don't tow your car to this place! Avoid at all costs!

  Ladd’s is truly INCREDIBLE!!!! We had a very scary accident coming up a snowy mountain and they helped not only myself but also the 2 other cars my family members were driving! The roads were icy but they had the proper equipment to get us and our cars safely to where we needed to go. It was a scary experience for all of us but they made us feel very comfortable and secure. They also helped transport all of our personal belongings out of our cars. They were so personable with all of us and our children. They went above AND beyond to take care of us. I can not thank Laramy, Mark and Ladd’s Towing enough! We are very grateful! I wish there were more than 5 stars to give to them. Call Ladd’s today and use them!! They are a family business and treated us like family!
