  Dr. Carbahal is the best Dentist that we have ever met. He was very sweet and kind. Treated me with so much care!!!! Seida is also very sweet and kind!!!! You can really tell that they both love their job. If I could give them a million stars I would!!!! If you want to be treated with care and professionalism this is the place to go!

  Love Ladd Dental I called with an emergency and that day they were actually closed for a company meeting but Mr Ladd himself had me come in so he could check me out I got in within an hr and he took care of me not to many places would do that Ladd Dental will take care of you

  Go somewhere else! Total scam artists! This place talks you into having procedures done that are outside their scope of practice and has you pay - in our case $400 per visit - out of pocket "while they await for insurance approval and payment which might take 30-60 days". Knowing that insurance is not going to pay for a medical procedure at a dentists office, when you call back and ask to be reimbursed for the out of pocket payment they tell you "it looks like insurance declined payment, but you already paid out of pocket so we're not sure what the miscommunication is.." There is no miscommunication! You demanded payment at checkout the day of! We have also scheduled teeth cleaning appointments back to back with our kids to save time, and IT STILL TOOK 3 HOURS TO GET OUT OF THAT PLACE! 2-1/2 hours to clean 2 kids' teeth and 30 mins afterwards waiting on the front office staff to stop their gossiping (we could hear them around the corner) and get us checked out!
