  Free, in-house designer option was a nice surprise. Daniel was so pleasant to work with. He takes time to listen and offer feedback. He also has sound product knowledge on top of a strong design sense.

  My experience was amazing!!!!!!!!! Laura was very helpful and enjoyable to work with. I planned on just looking around and getting ideas, but I ended up buying everything I needed. Working with Daniel was a pleasure, friendly funny and yet professional, same as Laura. The two of them together made my experience so easy and enjoyable to decide on everything. You two rock!!!!

  We wanted to go back to La-Z-Boy in North Olmsted, and chose the chair that we remembered there. It was so comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in it again. We chose a high performance fabric, and will enjoy it for years.

  It is the worst experience I've ever had with the furniture store. My chair is falling apart and it's less than a-year-old and they're replacing the back of it and the side of it and they're going to inconvenience me they should replace the whole chair it's broken.. I would also like to add that the customer service was so terrible they never called me back like they said they would I am very very disappointed and it was very expensive furniture I highly recommend people to shop around before going to La-Z-Boy because they're overpriced and they do not stand behind their product.
