  I wouldn't recommend this place they have fake sales you're really not getting any savings whatsoever, fake clearance section, you're really not saving any money and their products really suck unless you spend like $1,000 on one of their chairs you're not going to get a good chair it's not worth it buy an old lazy boy off of somebody when they used to be made with quality American Style

  The worst customer experience I have had this year. I walk in and am greeted by a nice sales person Patricia. She proceeded to talk my ear off and follow me around the store. I cannot concentrate because she won't give me space or stop talking. I politely tell her I am not interested in talking and will find her when I have questions. She leaves me and follows my wife around who was next to me. My wife asked her to leave so she could browse. Patricia than became rude. She then came back and hounds me with more talk 2 more times. I really wanted the power recliner for sale but I had to leave because I did not want those dollar thirsty fake friends to get a dollar of mine. Do not go there unless you like fake people that only want to make a sale and don't respect your wishes

  I have been waiting since March for a section on my brand new sectional to be replaced. It was a manufacturer defect, it arrived defective. It is now MID JUNE and they still have not replaced this piece of the sectional! We paid over $5000 for this leather sectional with recliners and I am just floored at the poor customer service and quality of the furniture. I will never buy another piece of furniture from them again!

  It's known that this is comfy furniture but I love the new modern looking chairs that surpringly turn into recliners. Modern doesnt have a strong comfort reputation but these chairs are something you could easily Netflix and chill on.

  I had a wonderful sales experience at this store. The La-Z-Boy recliner has done wonders for me to be more comfortable with my serious neck conditions. John LaRocca in Sales and Jeanette in design where the most compassionate and helpful people I could have had!
