Waited in lobby for more than 5 minutes before anyone came to help us check in. Walked into our room (124) and it absolutely wreaked of sour wet musty dog. There was a huge hole in the bathroom door too. Went back to counter to get and their room because I could not breathe in that room!!! Then we got room 127. First off, the door was opened and looked like it had been kicked in during a raid as the locks were broken in half the sink had hair in the faucet and there was mold on the drain. The bed was horribly uncomfortable! We checked it really well for bugs, because I was really worried! The there was a huge centipede crawling on the wall! The walls and curtains had holes in them! The room was quiet enough until the morning around 6 am when people started running up and down the staircase next to our roomit sounded like they were literally running through our room! My husband and I woke up in a panic! The parking lots was covered with a ton of trash and leaves. We looked at the breakfast buffet it looked nice enough, but we decided to be safe and go to bob Evans instead. I’m not sure how this hotel has ever gotten any good reviews, because I think it is a total dump! Go elsewhere!!!!! I would have given it no stars if I would have had that option!

Great staff, nice room, VERY quiet; a bit ackward to get to, you have to drive through the Cracker Barrell parking lot.

This place has been great to my family while our house has been being remodeled from a house fire. Every stay here some long,some short, has been pleasent the staff has been very nice and stay positive sometimes 4 us when it was hard to see light. The housekeepers have done great to accommodate our extra needs such as towels. We have a dog thats never left home and spent the night anywhere eles.Even the family dog has a few fav. Staff members as well from general manager to house keeper to matience everyone ive met was always very welcoming and made so easy 4 our family to adjust. Everyones been great Its been wonderful. Clean, friendly,close to attractions ,has park nearby. Couldnt ask 4 better hospitality.

First of all staff was friendly. Website said there was microwaves in rooms but there wasn't- but there was one available in breakfast area. Website also said there was an exercise room at the time of my booking but there wasn't. I stayed there for 11 days & my sheets were never changed. All staff did was empty trash & leave clean towels. Continental breakfast wasn't very good. Only had eggs on it every other day. If you got there after last half of breakfast they would usually be out of yogurt & orange juice. Usually had to go next door to Cracker Barrel because there was nothing there the grandkids would eat (once they got tired of waffles). Toilet & sinks were never cleaned by staff. Was very disappointed.

At the present time this hotel rates 1 star. We arrived late at night to a clerk who did not know the answers to common questions. We asked for a king room but clerk put us in a 2 double room. It would have been more of a hassle to get it corrected than we had energy for. There are no microwaves in any rooms so it is an inconvenience to go down to the breakfast area to use that one. Our room smelled like pee. The a/c vent and the vent in the bathroom were very dirty. There was a used wash cloth hanging from the shower. And huge cobwebs hanging from the curtains. Because our company chooses the hotel and pays for our rooms, this is where we will be for the week.

Disgusting place in every regard arrived to find 15-20 people outside each entrance to the building in plastic chairs partying, smoking and drinking 2 men hanging out of windows drinking and shouting at people front desk clerk apologized before checking me in for the "condition of the hotel" carpet ripped and stained in many places and had not been vacuumed in a very long time hallway smelled like cooking fish despite no restaurant in the building room haphazardly cleaned with items not straightened, bed poorly made, window open, ripped screen in said window
This is the 2nd time I have reserved a stay at a Baymont, and both experiences have been undesirable and thus canceled upon arrival. Suffice it to say that I will never again make a reservation at a Baymont Inn. Wyndham should be ashamed for these dives being included in their hotel group.response / report this review -

Ok for starters..walked into a room full of STINK BUGS! Did our best to get them out the room via window. Window sill had blood on it. In one corner of the room was a huge spider web with a dead insect in it. Towels would have been suitable for a 5 year old and were rough. The trash containers outside were plum full of trash. On the flip side..breakfast was pretty good.

Bed sheets was not changed. The place was too warm for 90 degree temps outside. The pool site had dead flys in it the windows were open. If I wanted a outside pool there was plenty to choose from. Totally not satisfied. What is this establishment going to do about our stay to make it comfortable for us. And better not nothing so why do you want reviews. ????

Nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Never will I stay in this hotel again. I just booked it because orbitz state it has 91% satisfaction rate and I needed a place to stay for the night. Very deceiving!!! It's like an abandoned hotel with roaches everywhere the moment you walked in. This place is super gross! Front desk person is extremely nice though. That's the only positive thing I can say about this hotel.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed at. The pool is dirty and smells like urine. They are redoing the hotel and have the room numbers on paper taped over old ones. So unprofessional. There are bugs squashed on the walls. Blood in bathroom and on walls. The shower would not drain and smells moldy. The rooms are very dirty. Breakfast was cold, wifi down for most of the stay at this location, T.V. Was broke and never worked. Staff was very rude and disrespectful. They should close down or get working on getting this place cleaned up.

The staff at Baymont are the best ever. I would like to thank Thelma and Mike for making my friends birthday awesome. The up grade was all I could ask for. You guys are the BEST. GREAT PLACE FOR A LITTLE get AWAY.

I stayed at Baymont for a 3 days and 3 nights! Was thee best hotel experience i have had! There was a lady named Thelma she is AMAZING!!! she had made it very wonderful and pleasant treated me like family always made sure all my needs was taking care of! The housekeepers was great, nicely kept rooms, well put together! Very nice place to enjoy some time away ! Great hospitality and a warm welcome! Thank you very much!
