The food is awesome and the customer service as well. We order platters and they are always ready on time and very presentable for our guests.

This place is incredible!! Firstly the space is absolutely spotless and employees very friendly. However the best part is the food!! You can tell everything is made fresh, this is a family run restaurant with the mother and son working together on the food. Prices were very fair aw well and I strongly recommend this place to everyone

Food tasted good, and the prices are fair. 2 stars because the line was long and moving very slow, I witness two different employees come to the register area to start helping with customers, only to get waved away by a woman already operating one register claiming "No, I got this". Once my food arrived the inside of my "hot sandwich" was cold leading me to believe that the ingredients are not prepared fresh.

Local. Family owned and operated. The food is delicious, mainly consisting of amazing sandwiches served on your choice of 6 types of home made focaccia rounds. The #21 chicken sandwich is wonderful, but the #18 with Italian sausage is perfection.

Overall, 4.4 but I'm rounding down a bit.
Bread is fantastic, it's better when not pressed. Fresh ingredients. Savory vegetables (eggplant and red peppers are homemade and DELICIOUS). Legit EVOO and vinagrette. Meat quality is not impressive. My pressed chicken sandwich had a texture that reminded me of Subway. Everything else about the sandwich was delicious.
Hearty salads (olives are too salty), good caprese salad for a lunch place (I've had better). Delicious panceroti (OMG that dough). Good service.
Not as good as it used to be when it was a hole in the wall, they added some more mainstream items for sales; however never a bad choice, the no.5 is one of their several originals that never disappoints.
Not quite as cheap as your average lunch place, but worth it.report this review -

The food is amazing and the owner is wonderful. Her food is authentic and it sells itself. Ever since she moved into this location the atmosphere is better but the food has always been unbelievably good! I would highly recommend!
