They were really helpful and attentive with picking out clipless pedals and shoes. Not the cheapest way to get a bike or accessories, but they'll make sure you get exactly the right thing for your needs.
Went to La Dolce Velo because I live right next door - and I really lucked out. I hadn't owned a bike since I was roughly 12 years old, and the owner spent over 2 hours helping me pick, try out, and size the perfect Bianchi. He swapped out the stock handle bars because they were a little wide for me, and made sure I was completely comfortable before purchasing. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Nice local bike shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff! Strongly recommended.
Very friendly and responsive on the phone. No need to make an appointment for repairs. Just show up and wait for your turn. Doug was very prompt and efficient and the charges were very reasonable. Great place to get your bike repaired.
Since l bought my bike from them. I have enjoyed customer service second to none. From special order part's, to components on hand, and friendly advice. These guy's are my go to shop.
The guy, I don't know his name, he is wearing glasses, he is such a good human being, I ever seen, he really never care about money, the only thing he need is customer satisfaction. I really like the guy, the way he treat me and the way he suggested me to get a new bike, I really appreciate that. I really thank him, from bottom of my heart.
Went here a couple weeks ago, to get my girlfriend a new cruiser. What great customer service, they didn't have the bike we wanted on the floor. But we're able to build up a bike and have us pick it up the following day. Customer service is great.
Great shop. Customer service can be a bit standoffish at first. Could try being more engaging. Still love this shop
My favorite local bike shop -- so much so, I travel from Palo Alto to work with these guys! They handle everything from cruisers, kid bikes, fancy road bikes, and fixies. Excellent work and customer service!
