  I'm an avid shopper at LOFT. They always have great sales during the year, the clothes are a good price and nice quality, and they blend casual and professional in an elegant way. The Avenue location is my go-to store and they have really wonderful employees who are always positive and helpful. One employee helped my sister-in-law and I when we went post-Christmas shopping in January, and was so attentive. She retrieved every pant size and blouse variation we asked for, and was very sweet about making sure we had everything we needed.
  The only reason I didn't give this location 5 stars is because the past couple of times I've gone, there has only been one cashier and checking out has been a little slow. It was a long wait for the woman in front of me to finish and I felt bad when I stepped up to the counter because I saw customers behind me who would end up waiting even longer than I had. If the second register had been open, those customers could half gotten through a little quicker. Even though it takes a little longer sometimes, I still appreciate the warm welcome and attentiveness of their staff, and will continue to shop here as long as they are at this location!

  Morgan was wonderful. I came in the day after we had snow (rare) pushing my stroller and it (unbeknownst to me) tracked wet streaks all over the store!! 😲 Then she helped me order an item they were out of in store. And she helped me do that twice! Very helpful and kind staff here!!
