I wandered the store for more than 5 min and the ladies working there NEVER acknowledged me. They didn't speak, didn't ask if I needed anything NOTHING!!! Very disappointing.

I don't care for shopping in person but this is a rare store that I always enjoy visiting. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and seems to really enjoy what they do. I usually walk out with a lot of cute things I would never consider because they have so much fun talking me into trying new things. They always help me find the best deals and savings as well. The store is clean and fresh and bright and the fitting rooms are large and comfortable with very flattering mirrors! 😅

I'm honestly tired of being treated like scrap when I enter this store. No one speaks or helps me to fitting room. Not offered a credit card or to upgrade EVER. The manager really should be trained OR the district manager could spend a little more time here. The store is always clean thought, & that's me being nice.

I am a certified Loftie and love this location. I have visited quite a few others and the Destin store is by far my favorite. I am always greeted with a smile, most of the time by name, and promptly asked if I would like a fitting room started. They keep the store very clean and the clothing is always in size order. Love this store!
