great selection of name brand clothes and outdoor gear with gracious customer servicea family business since 1897 when Robert's great grandfather opened the store and an important part of the downtown revival

Read all!
Received north face shorts as promised. They didnt fit. Unannounced anywhere on the return policy they don't accept returns on sale items. Unfortunate situation.
Update:
the CEO reached out to me upon receiving my email. He clarified for me tue return policy. It was my bad. I missed it. Even still was willing to work with me and help me get the product i need. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Will shop again.report this review -

Great service, quality products, and prices as low as anyone when they are having a sale. Good value for the money every day. Have been doing business with them for over 30 years.
