    I have used Line Honors many times in the past few years professionally but this was the first time I have used them for a personal purchase. I called just a few days before a regatta that I would be attending asking for advice on hiking pants and which ones I should choose. Bob was very helpful in giving me options (price point, quality, value) and guiding me to what suited my needs best. In the end they were able to get the Zhik hiking pants in just 3 days and I have never been able to hike as hard or as long as I can now. The best part is that I get to do it relative comfort and without the painful recovery after.

    As with other reviews posted, I have had a terrible experience. I placed an order in June, and was promised July delivery for a specific race. Half of the order arrived. It was late, and was not what I had ordered. The logo was printed, not embroidered, the printing was not the exact image I provided, and it was on different shirts than I had requested. The second half of the order has yet to arrive. I have been unable to get in contact with customer service of any type (Bob, Erika or anyone) to resolve this despite multiple calls and emails.

    We ordered a jacket in January. Never received it. They're not returning our money or our calls. I would not recommend you do business with this company. Would give the negative 5 stars if that was an option.

    Beyond bad customer service. Ordered crew shirts in October and paid for them. Its now May and Bob has strung us along until nowwhen he has simply disappeared. Maybe they have closed up shop. It wouldn't surprise me b/c they don't know how to run a business. Still haven't been able to get our money back. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

    UPDATE: finally got our money back after NBC5 took interest in our story. I am an advocate for small family business and they seem like nice people once they get it together.

    Just received our incredible looking crew gear for the Heineken Regatta! Plenty of options to choose from, great design support - along with recommendations on artwork. Great pricing and customer support throughout the order and fulfillment process!

    I placed a large team order consisting of foul weather gear and technical tops. Bob and his team at Line Honors worked with us to make sure that the boat name and team logos were exactly as desired.

    Shipping was fast and all the different sizing correct

    The team is really excited to show off their new gear!

    I placed an order on September 10. I was charged on Sept 10. I was told twice it was shipping in a couple days. It is Oct 25th. I have yet to see the product. Nice service guys, really nice!

    I placed an order on 31 July and was billed on 1 August. I inquired about the status (without reply) on 11 August, called and spoke with an associate who stated that they were out of stock and promised to look into resupply on 29 August, and insisted that they cancel and refund my order on 31 August. The transaction posted on 5 September, and now I'm starting over five weeks after the original order.
