  Terrible place to rent from. The owner doesn't want to help when you need it. The crappy trailer I was renting had faulty wiring and popped and surged after rain. So whenever I'd tell them I needed it fixed, they'd pretend it was a loose bolt. So then I got an electric bill of almost $400. So I told them I wanted to break lease and he gave me a 30 day thinking he'll get more for the trailer. So of course he didn't even put it up for rent after i moved out so I'd lose my deposit. I refused to pay them the last month cause I knew he'd do that. Don't rent from him and don't go through provenza.

  Just like all the other slum Lord trailer parks. Jerry Springer should visit this park.

  I heard about this place from a friend at Terribles Lakeside, so I thought I would check it out. The manager was able to show me some rent to own mobile homes but I went with a rental, since I may have been getting a big settlement soon. I have been renting here for over 2 years, and love it. I get treated better here than I have at any apartments or even hotels in Pahrump. The casinos could learn something from the people running this place, because they are doing it right. Keep up the good work guys!
