  L&N exceeded all of our goals for the carpet in our room renovation. The carpet choices were extensive and the selected matched our color and quality needs very well, much due to the experienced service of the show room staff. The installation team heard our request for an earlier install so that the room would be ready for our annual Halloween party, moving up our installation by a week when the carpet arrived early. The install team demonstrated expert skills and a desire to maintain the freshly painted walls as they were when they entered the house. Special care to move the furniture shows they treat their customers like they would treat their own home. The result was a room we are proud to share and has gotten huge compliments from all that have set foot within. We would recommend L&N to anyone looking for a quality product and service team for your flooring needs.

  When we decided to purchase a new floor for our basement, we went to L & M Carpet first. For several previous jobs, we had been pleased with the results, so why not start at L & M this time!
  
  Upon entering, we were greeted by Angie Jordan, a sales associate. We described to Angie how our basement had been flooded under almost two feet of water when we were out of town and the sump pump broke. The basement had always had dampness issues, too.
  
  Angie said, “I have the perfect flooring for you!” She showed us the perfect product right away and it came with a lifetime guarantee! We love the Mannington click lock floor we chose and the installers were most accommodating.
  
  When we have another flooring need, L & M Carpet One in Mechanicsville, VA, will be our first choice. Thanks, again, to Angie and her team!!!

  We just completed renovating the entire back of our house. (Den/Kitchen/Staircase) Angela Jordan was wonderful to work with and helped up every step of the way. She helped us pick out a beautiful engineered hardwood for both rooms and a beautiful carpet to match the wall color for our stairs. She came on-site when there was a question about the floor layout.   Laurel Stegeman was our sales representative for new carpet installation in a house we recently purchased. We found here to be most helpful, very professional, and she followed through with the installers to ensure our the job was done efficiently and completed in a timely manner. She also followed up after the installation was complete to make sure we were happy with the work done.
  
  We have and will recommend Laurel and L&M to our friends and family for their flooring and other needs. Should we have future flooring projects, she will be the first person we'll call to get things moving forward!

  I work with L&M Carpet One all the time and have for years. The sales person I always ask for is Angela Jordan. She is very professional and knowledgeable and makes every experience there a pleasant one. The installers are great and always on time, clean up after the install etc.. I will continue to use L&M and no one else. They are by far the best company and Angela is by far the best sales person. Sincerely, Tom

  Angela Jordan made my project so easy. She was very patient with helping me pick out just the right flooring. She explained the process to me and the whole project went just as smooth as she explained. The installers were professional and left no mess behind. I have had many projects on my house over the years and this is by far the smoothest project so far. I will contact Angela for any other projects of this type on my home in the future.

  Angela Jordan is the best saleswoman I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I would suggest talking to her. She is on top of her game and knows her stuff. On top of that she did not treat me like a sale, but like a person. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with not only the purchase but with the installation as well. I have never had anyone in sales ever call me after the sale to make sure that I was happy. She is kind, professional and on top of everything. Thank you Angela for making this a painless process and I will refer you to everyone I know that needs flooring done.

  My wife and I were in desperate need of new carpet in our first home. We were putting it on the market and knew that the old carpet, that had been there for who knows how long before we bought it, would turn away potential buyers. We reached out to Matt Shelton with L&M Carpet One and he came out the next day to give us a quote. We explained to him our situation and he recommended a product that would work just right for our goals. We agreed on the spot and within a week we had new carpet. The house sold the first day on the market and I just know it was because of the excellent product and service that L&M Carpet One provided. We will definitely be using them again!

  Amazing service as soon as you walk in the door. Extremely knowledgable staff when it came to helping us pick out our new carpet. I had no idea about the wide variety, styles, materials and capabilities of carpet, but Matt Shelton educated us on them all. Selection, pricing and service has made us a customer for life. Installation wisethese guys are work horses. We had our entire 2nd floor ripped out, cleaned and installed before 5pm. You can really tell the quality of the installation when you look at where the carpet meets the wall, flawless. They told me I would have seems in my bedroom, but after trying to find it I have no idea where it is. Highly recommend L&M Carpet One for any flooring need. Good prices and finance options made this choice a home run. Thank you L&M Carpet One!
