L'Artusi opened Dec. 2008 and is named for Pellegrino Artusi. The kitchen presents Gabe and Katherine Thompson's modern take on traditional Italian Cuisine. The mostly Italian wine list is presented by region with a map DOCs and DOCGs as well as traditional local dishes, helping to demystify Italy.

    Sneaky good brunch. Pastries baked in-house, solid egg dishes, and some great pasta if you need to eat off a hangover. Double bonus points for taking reservations.

    Dayboat Scallops, Hamachi Tartare, Chicories, and Charred Octopus--all good. Their pasta--phenomenal. Highly recommend the Bucatini.
