I would not recommend anyone to Kustom Kolors. The lady in the office cussed out my husband and the sales rep from Andy Mohr ford. My husband called the thurs after I dropped my car off because she said it would be done that Friday. Then she told him it would be the following Friday. My husband said he would call back the next Thursday. She said I told you I would call you. In Very rude tone. We traded this care for a new car so we agreed to have this car fixed for them to resale. The car Lot want to know when it would be returned to them. My husband told the sales rep he was not calling her back so he call. As soon as he mintioned the car she cussed him out. Every other word was the f word. Then the rep picked the car up on Friday and she cussed him again. Not once but twice. Used the F bomb several times. Took my car there to have a small door dent fixed on the drivers side door. They kept it two weeks for a $1500 damaged door. They said they couldn't fix the door and had to replace it. Well the door is not replaced and the red does not match the original red. And the back passenger door had a small nick that needed repaired. The paint run is horrible and really is noticeable. Sticks out like a sore thumb. Would not recommend this body shop to anyone.
Terrible place. Work was crappy and half assed. Also office lady was completely rude and cussed us out more than once. One star is too high a rating for this place.
Got hit at a stop light by an uninsured driver. Took my Mustang to Kustom Kolors for repairs and they did a great job. Paint match was perfect, probably the first repair I've gotten the paint done right the first time. They worked with my insurance company (Geico is a nightmare for uninsured driver claims) to ensure my car was fixed right. Quint and Natalee were both great. Will use them again if I'm unlucky enough to need collision work in the future.
So far, so good!
I decided to take my car to Kustom Kolors after having a very displeasing experience with Diamond Collison which is right down the road. Both were State Farm select shops which is why I decided to go to them. After moving my car to Kustom Kolors my experience was so much better, from the moment I spoke with them on the phone I knew that they would make my repair as quick and easy as they could. They contacted me every step of the way with information I needed to know. Quint was a very helpful and knowledgeable mechanic and explained things to me so I could understand what was going on with my car. Kustom Kolors really understands how customer support is handled. Most customers dealing with repair shops don’t have a clue what goes on in the process of fixing their car but every time I had a question I was greeted with a cheerful response, no matter what. The shop crew went out of their way a few times to send me pictures since I was so far from the shop. My car ended up sitting at their shop for a few extra days and Quint was totally cool with it and very understanding. I couldn’t recommend them enough especially after seeing how other shops deal with their customers. Customer relations is key to a business where peoples’ cars are being worked on, and if I don’t feel comfortable with my car being somewhere I wouldn’t take it there and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to as well. Wonderful work and a great paint job that is still holding up roughly a month after the repairs. All the body work is fitted perfectly and if there was anything to complain about I would have found it.
I was beyond pleased with my experience at Kustom Kolors. They were honest, helpful, thorough and eager to please, to say the least. Best of all, the work turned out perfect. I highly recommend Kustom Kolors and will be a returning customer, if need be. Thank you ALL so much.
Kustom Kolors repaired the rear bumper of my car recently, and they did a fantastic job! The car was finished earlier than expected and looked brand new. They were also nice enough to repair a couple paint scratches on my hood for next to nothing. All of the paint matched perfectly and you would have never known it was damaged. I will definitely be coming back to this shop for anything else in the future.
To respond to M. Colwell's disgruntled comment. Last winter you came in to our shop with damaged covered through insurance on your rear bumper and prior damage to the left quarter panel (caved in) which was not accident related. Kustom Kolors Inc offered a deal to repair the prior damage which you and C. Hall denied to do. That being said the rear cover mounts to the quarter panels and with one being damaged the rear cover will NOT fit correctly. Once the customer had repairs done and then came back in for complaints, shop contacted insurance company. At that point the insurance company denied to re- replace rear cover and noted that the insurance company thought the vehicle was hit again after original repairs were done. Your issue is with the insurance company that handle the claim not the shop that replaced the part. Shop went above and beyond for you as a customer as we do for all of our customers. Again contact the insurance company that has denied your claim and write a review on them not the shop.
