We went on Wednesday afternoon and that was a huge mistake. We’ve been going here for years and the Wednesday was the only day we could go because we were out of town for thanksgiving and our busy schedules. We got there and didn’t see a single person we walked around the store for a few minutes and no one was there, then walked by the Christmas tree area and still no one in sight. We decided to grab a saw and go find a tree anyways. I ended up calling the farm while I was in the middle of the tree farm to see if anyone would answer and come help me with my tree, Simone answered and said they would be in there way. 30 min later I called back and the lady asked where I was, I told her that I was still in the middle of the tree farm walking back with our tree trying to drag it. Someone eventually showed up and helped us right before we got back. Then we go inside to pay and still no one in sight. So I had to call the number for the third time. The lady asked where I was and told her I was in the store trying to pay. She eventually came and was pretty rude when I asked her where everyone was. We love going to this place and I know it was a Wednesday but was shocked to see no workers and how hard it was to get help. The way we were treated when we finally got help was enough to show me we need to find a new family tradition.

They had a weekend combo so it was only $20 to get into the apple orchard and pumpkin farm. There was a lot to do at the pumpkin farm for kids. You definitely get your moneys worth. They had baby changing stations and breastfeeding areas. At the apple orchard they had an amazing store with alot of variety. Food was really good. I would go back again and again.

I had never been there before, and I was nice. I really like the store set up one of these days ill get back there. They had a lot more than just apples! There was wine, soups, dipps, candy, bake goods! They were pretty pricey but it was a enjoyably place.

I have been going to Kuipers for years, each year it gets more expensive and more disappointing. Went today to get my apple cider and donuts and asked for my donuts in the plastic sleeves rather then a bag and was told they no longer do that. They have the plastic sleeves but cannot use them for customers. I even offered to pay extra. I do not like my donuts in bags, they stick to each other and form condensation and dry out faster. The young girl was rude and said she could not give me a plastic sleeve even if I paid. I walked out without my donuts or my fudge, cider, caramel apples or apples. I will not be going back. Kuipers has gotten so greedy that they can't even give a plastic donut sleeve to their customers upon request? Really?

Had the best time at this farm. Friday was a perfect day to go, we were able to enjoy and really soak in everything they have to offer. The set up of this farm is awesome there is so much attention to detail given. They even had a nursing Mom’s room available which to me on a farm is so thoughtful. I love that it is a flat rate to get into the pumpkin side and it virtually includes everything!! And there is so much for the kids to do and play. They put so much thought and quality into all of their activities. Definitely worth every penny!! We have kids aged 8, 6,and 2. We adults even had a blast. We will come back every year we are hooked and have beautiful memories we will never forget on this very special farm!

Ill start off with the good: In past years we have gone apple picking here and have had a great time. It's well maintained, the people are nice, and it has an overall good vibe to it. But it's extremely overpriced. We have gone to other places where the apple cider for example is half the price and they use their own handpicked apples as well. We also tried to go to the pumpkin fun area this year and were extremely disappointed. It had been raining this day so I called ahead to make sure they'd still be open. The recording said they were open till 6 pm. I also looked online and it said some activities may be closed which is fine I kind of expected that for safety reasons and such. When we showed up around 5 pm. There were no workers to be found. We stood around for a bit and eventually someone saw us and said they were closed. We drove an hour one way just for them to tell us they were closed. What a waste of time and money. We won't be coming back next year.

My son came home from working at Kuipers and had a severe allergic reaction to bailing hay He couldn't breathe and was hyperventilating The membrane of his eye is severely inflamed and pushing his eyeball out And then when Wade was informed of these problems my son was berated and called a lazy ass. My son is also covered in hives. So you have fun spending money at a place of business that treats their employees like garbage and belittes them.

From a majorly pissed off mom

Had the best time last year going a few different times especially to pick up some of the unusual flavored popcorn. With my boyfriend and with my soon-to-be mother-in-law, each time was a lot of fun. Love the choices of gifts ranging from honey to canned jams and jellies to Halloween and fall decorations as well as the usual fare.

I've been coming here with my friends for the last 4 years or so for our annual apple-picking trip. The place can get really crowded, but we always have a good time. Yes, some of the items seem a bit over-priced, but I'm willing to pay a bit more to support local farms. If you want the best value, get the group rate. I've personally never encountered rude or mean staff members in the 4 years I went, but I have encountered rude guests.
They added a train ride this year to the apple side, and it's so cute! My friends and I, all grown adults, really enjoyed the ride around the fields. There's also a small wine/cider-tasting area. There's not much for 20-somethings to do on the pumpkin side, so we haven't paid to go over there in the last couple of visits.
The shop has all kinds of apple things: pies, donuts, caramel apples, cider, etc. I wish they'd bring back the jalapeno apple pie, though! I bought one for my dad a few years ago, and he loved it. There's also a large variety of country-ish knickknacks: Halloween and Christmas decoration, embroidered kitchen towels, honey pots, old-fashioned candy and more. To name it all would be exhausting.

The place is neat & Clean, but I will never
Go back. The prices are way out of line!
$29.95 for a bottle of honey!!! I was
There with my girlfriends & we were
Going to buy apples, but they were off
    The chart on prices.
You would think they would offer nice
Clean washrooms for what they charge
For their apples? NO, out houses!!
    NOT going back!!

Best Fall Day Ever spent at the Kuipers Family Farm today. It is evident their attention to detail, the great care and planning that goes into their fall event. We had so much fun; so much to do in a few hours or even in one long day. What a beautiful farm. Thank you Kuipers Family for sharing your beautiful farm. We had a blast.
