  Always loved this place since i was a kid. Highly recommend to anyone that likes doughnuts. Tip: Order the glazed doughnuts they're the best.

  Delicious donuts. I now understand why it's so popular and famous. The only gripe I had was the menu said a dozen glazed donuts is cheaper than the assortment, but I was charged assortment price. I asked, but was told they were the same price. Because there are no Krispy Kreme where I'm from, I paid it anyways. But overall I'm happy I finally got to try these donuts.

  We all know their donuts are among the best ever. The staff here are friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable, the dining area is clean and spacious, and of course the donut conveyor is always fun to watch. Always a treat!

  Came in with a coupon for 1 free dozen assorted donuts. Store Manager Jeff, not only thought it was fake, but went the extra way by making a call. It was fake, but he honored it. He even gave me some "real" coupons for my next visit. Jeff and his staff were very polite. Thanks Krispy Kreme. Now I have my "cake" for my birthday tomorrow (02-16).

  This store only cooks donuts from 6am ti 9 am. Most stores you drive to anywhere in our country are frying them fresh all day and night at many locations. When there fresh and given to you warm there the best out there. Paying $1.19 for. A glazed donut is serious value Added and worth it to me. When you drive a ways just to get them from the store fresh and find out they don't do what most stores do. It was disappointing. We can get what there selling at the store for half the price. This store is wasted by not being a normal krispie kream store. To bad for us!!!

  I just had to stop in yesterday to pick up a few limited edition Reese's doughnuts for the family while I was on this side of town. The restaurant was clean and bright, service was excellent, and the doughnuts fresh and scrumptious.

  In the past, we have had better experiences, but this time was truly atrocious. We walked in and the floor was sticky across it's entirety to the extent that our shoes made that peeling tape sound as we walked. Then we went to order and the gentleman behind the counter would suddenly stop and do something else while we are telling him what donuts we want in the dozen. Each time it was something non work related, as once he called another employee over to laugh at yet another employee taking care of garbage, another time he stopped to discuss something and laughed with a different employee and then he would turn back to us and ask what we wanted. We would then repeat our order yet again, which he would then stop paying attention half way through and talk and laugh with someone else. I took it in stride, but after the fifth time (with my wife now ready to walk out) I told him he needs to stop screwing around and focus on us. After that fiasco was done, the gentleman who was sent to make our latte dropped the lid of the blender on the ground, turned to see us looking at him, then gave it a less than one second rinse under the sink and finished making the drink. As a business owner myself, this was inexcusable, and I would release any employees that didn't have the common sense to know better than this. Unfortunately, this experience will be with us for a long time, but eventually we may give them another shot

  It was AMAZING. My son loved watching the doughnuts get made. He also wanted to try every doughnut there was. We bought two dozen because when we tried them they tasted amazing. 5 stars.

  Doughnuts are the best. The store is getting aged. Chairs are ripped and just feels dated. Also they stopped giving out samples when making fresh doughnuts, small disappointment there. Otherwise staff was helpful and friendly and again the doughnuts are the best!

  I usually like to come here in the mornings because the donuts are made fresh at that time and they taste a lot better. They even have an app that tells you when they are currently making them fresh!

  This store is always out of items, oven is broken, drive through is closed and customer service sucks. I have complained before, but management doesn't care since it's the only store in MKE.the donuts, if/when you can get what you want are good but are rarely fresh.
