Not a very good experience at all. Had to wait for food a long time and when it came out it was not correct. Ran out of baked potatoes and without saying anythingbrought french fries instead. Steak was waaaay undercooked and when it returned I was only able to eat 1/2 because was so fatty. Waitress was very nice and apologized for the slow service and not having what we ordered. That was fineit happens. When we paid our check, we were told that there is a gift card waiting at the Hostess stand. We thought that was a nice gesture. Would have been nicer if a manager came to apologize and tell us in person, rather than the waitress. Staff should not have made us hunt down the Gift card. When we got to the hostess stand we were handed a $15 gift card. Steak was $25 and not edible. Order was incorrect and ran out of food. I don't want more than $15, that's not the point.I will not be using it or returning. Management staff needs to be more hands on when an issue comes up.and I understand in the restaurant business, things happen. it's how you handle these things that makes all the difference.

Sometimes it's great others not so good. This trip had the pork chops they were excellent. When they are on the food is always good.

Great restaurant serving German cuisine. Prices are a little on the high side but not bad for what you get and the quality of the food is excellent. I've been going to Kreimer's for years and the food has always been good but I've noticed the portions getting smaller and they have changed a few things. Example: they used to give pretzel bread free with the meal and no longer do. That stuff was the best! Also, the sauerkraut balls used to be much better (bet you didn't know sauerkraut had those did you? 😂 ) I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or what. All-in-all it's a great place to eat though. Best pork chops around!

It's a gorgeous setting and amazing atmosphere. As a veteran, I was super excited to see some of the decoration on the wall. Food is excellent and lots of choices on brews and spirit. Great outdoor setting, will definitely visit when the outdoor garden open up again. Kids friendly, too.

Very good food and big portions. Can get German fare or American (if you have non-sourkraut eaters in the family). Good service but takes a little longer when they're very busy during dinner time on the weekends and nights with specials. They have a nice outdoor area too. Good drink selection.

My family and I recently had dinner here for the first time. What a neat place! Never knew it was there. Food was great! I recommend the Kriemer Ribeye. Deserts were dynamite as well. Our server was Christine and she was fantastic! Definitely give this place a try if you haven't before.

Cool old school looking german inspired restaurant. Great menu with a wonderful selection. The food was great but it took more than an hour to receive our food. The waiter was also adamant that she couldn't substitute sides but was friendly.

The food here is subpar and we waited over an hour to get our food and over 10 minutes for the waitress to pick up our check. They make the restaurant seem way busier than it is with their running around and making everyone wait when there is hardly anyone at the restaurant eating. They either need better staff or more staff. The waitress was also not very accommodating and even though they ran out of baked potatoes, I didn't want anything else as a side besides a salad since the baked potato was gone. She said they were only allowed to give me mashed potatoes. My dish comes with a baked potato and you ran out, so why shouldn't I be able to pick a side to substitute it?

Overpriced food. Subpar service.

My husband thoroughly enjoyed his meal. Mine was okay. I ordered my burger medium rare and it came out with no color at all. In other words, completely well done. The appetizer was great and the dessert out of this world!

A bit out of the way for most centrally located Cincinnatians, this is a great little spot to enjoy some German grub. Though it doesn't look like much from the outside, the decor and vibe is charming (aside from the military garb near the fireplace IMO).

The food was excellent. Large portions meant I was eating schnitzel at home for the next lunch.

This place had one of the best burgers I have had in the Cincinnati area. The German environment was awesome too. They have a really cool German village in the back. Hidden gem.

This place is wonderful, charming and I love visiting. The house beer makes my belly happy and the food is delicious German Fare with plenty of non-German options. Be sure to try the Sauerkraut balls with 1000 Island. Both the outdoor patio and indoor dining area are gorgeous and offer views of the new, charming outdoor pavilion as well as the Great Miami River. The staff are friendly and attentive. The bathrooms are tiny though.

Absolutely the best German food we have ever ate. Don"t tell grandma! Huge portions, every thing was delicious from the appetizers and entrees. And the desserts, German chocolate cake and cheesecake that tasted like heaven.

First time goer today and WILL be back! Service was friendly and great. Food was plentiful and amazing. It was nice eating something "out of the ordinary". The setting was so incredibly fun. So much to look at. Can't wait til it warms up and can get out on the patio. Definitely recommend. Only small complaint I had was I like music while I'm eating and today they had none. I don't know if that's common or not.
