I have worked with the service team and they are great. They try and go out of their way to help out and make things work for you. However, I did have one bad experience once in the past with one of the service personnel and thus giving it 4 stars. I don't see the person anymore so it has been working out well.

decent service area with some re-modeling going on. My technician (Brian) always kept me informed about my car's service needs. He did all the work and I just go home and enjoy the ride. I didn't give this a 5 star rating because twice now I have shown up in the service area and no one really offers to help. You have to approach the service reps and it should be the other way around. The reps are courteous and professional, but could use a little prodding when customers stand there with glazed looks on their faces. But all in all, I've dealt with much worse. I will continue to come back here.
My wife and I have had the best experience with Koons Tyson’s Corner. She just recently bought her new Rave4 there, which she loves, and I have been taking my Tundra there to be serviced for years. I don’t trust anyone else with it and Alex is the best!
We had one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had here. Dwight the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He came in early to meet us as we drove from about 2 hrs away to look at a specific vehicle. “Johnny”, the finance manager, took the effort to talk to the bank we had previously talked to and negotiated to get us exactly the terms that we needed. The whole process was smooth and professional.
I always take my Toyota's to Koons Toyota for services. Mo is the service writer who I always deal with. Moe is a total professional has knowledge of the product. Best thing I like about this dealership is that they do not recommend unneeded services to add to the bill like some of other Toyota dealers in the area. Because of Moe's excellent recommendations has kept all four of my Toyota's in great condition. Moe is dedicated to the customer service, work is done on the time and all work is hassle free. I always recommend my friend to go to Koons and see Moe for their Toyota service needs.
Salem in sales and George in finance helped us get a fantastic deal. They went out of their way to really make buying the vehicle wanted. I was hesitant to shop at a big dealer that you always feel is going to try and work you for more money, but these two worked to get me a better deal and better financing then my bank could offer. I am a veteran who recently started a new career and have a stay at home wife and three kids. Needless to say, money is tight. Both these gentlemen got me a great deal on the vehicle and my financing, better then my military credit union and bank. My experience at Koons was awesome. I rarely post reviews, but I felt these two needed to be called out for excellence service.

Always a super experience. I bought my car at another Koons Toyota but service it here. They are always quick and very pleasant to deal with. Courtesy shuttle is great (though go early in the day before traffic picks up). Car gets washed and vacuumed. Never had a problem. Should out to Alex Hernandez!

What a great experience! I drove all the way from PA (4 hours) because of their pricing, trade-in offer, and selection. They had every model, trim level, and color I could imagine. My salesman, Ash, was willing to spend as much time as needed to find me the car that fit me best. Ash was the best and I would recommend him to anyone. We took my wife's 2004 sienna in for an issue with the driver side sliding door. Our service rep Aria was extremely helpful. He was great at explaining our options and ultimately assisting us with repairing the issue. I can honestly say that this was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Had excellent car buying experience @Koons Tysons Toyota. The sales consultant AB was such a great person. The customer service was above and beyond. I liked all the process and relaxing facility. no sales pressure. You will be provided with all the information you need to know about the vehicle of your interest to make educated decision on buying.
My husband and I went to Koons Tysons Toyota last week to test drive a used Toyota Sienna. Nana helped us and was knowledgeable about all the different models and features. Nana was very patient with us as we ended up changing our minds and buying a new Sienna. We were pleased with the overall sales process. Nana was also very responsive and great with follow up after the sale. He was never pushy for a salesman, and we would definitely recommend him if you are in the market for a car.
Hands down best car buying experience I've had in years. No gimmicks, no trying to get you to buy expensive versions/options you don't want. No high pressure sales tactics. No bait and switch. Great price, all very professional. Good dealers are rare and should be rewarded...buy from these guys.
I brought both of my vehicles in for a their routine maintenance, along with Virginia state inspection tests. My service advisor, James Case was very helpful. He promptly completed the routine maintenance that I requested for my vehicles and even alerted me of other recommended maintenance that needed to be done. He was honest, gave me his suggestions on the most important services that were of greatest priority. Upon receiving my approval, he promptly completed the work.
After completion of the servicing, he promptly called me to let me know that my cars were done and had the receipt of the work done, my keys and the cars pulled up at the service lane.

Arrived on a Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 - sales staff had us out the door at 7:00. Saving a thousand dollars on the deal was not worth the 5 hours we sat in the show room waiting on the sales staff to process our purchase - it's also important to note there were no irregularities to sort through on our end. It was a straight forward purchase...great credit, all paperwork on trade readily available, etc. We test drove two Highlanders down the street and back.
My wife is 7 months pregnant and was offered a bottle of water and a couple pieces of chocolate over the course of the 5 hour visit. We were quickly transitioned to finance to close the deal when she informed the manager we intended to leave. Sure, we could have walked, but had no desire or patience left to go start the process again somewhere else. It was a downright offensive experience...the dealership was grossly inconsiderate of our time.
I have made my purchase(Toyota Corolla LE 2017) here, The Sales person has given me a good deal, they are nice to work with. I would definitely like to do my future purchase here. The process was made so easy for me, and they gave best quotes. I worked with AJ Qayumi who was so helpful, took time to explain things for me and Tyler (Sales Manager) who gave the best quotes. Everyone was nice to deal with and no hassle Loved working with Koons. I requested for a weeks time to drive my car home, and they agreed, was so happy about it. Koons you made my Christmas.

Buying a vehicle can be a stressful process to put it lightly. Surprisingly that was not the case here.
It only took 3 months and 5k miles for the honeymoon to be over with this dealer. Their will to be nice and make you happy was quickly over and the smoke screen that hid just another dealer full of thieves was lifted. Purchased a CERTIFIED used car about 3 months and it was time for a oil change. I took it to another Toyota dealership for service closer to my house. You know one of the many dealers that they tell you it's okay to take for services, when they are trying to sell you one of their many expensive maintenance packages. Dealership tells me that the back tires are rotted and need to be replaced. I call what I thought was a good place and spoke to a manager. As I was explaining my situation he scoffed when I mentioned another dealer. He then proceeds to rant about other Toyota dealers and how they are just trying to sell me stuff and that they are not a partial party to say that my tires are rotted. Which led me to ask him what if I bring it to you guys, his whole attitude and tone changed. He tells me "well your car's tires passed the inspection when we sold you the car(the surface test). It's been 3 months after purchase." implication being that somehow my tires rotted away in 3 months, maybe they were made out the same material their decency is. I was left speechless when this so helpful(sarcasm implied) manager blew me off without hesitation since they already got my money. He then proceeded once more to talk about other Toyota dealers and how they are just trying to make their 15% sale of the tires. He didn't know that earlier in the day I had called them about taking the car to another dealer and I quote "yes take it to another dealer, it won't interfere with your car warranty". Again I tell him "can I bring it to you" once more he tells me that "the car passed inspection and that's it." I had nothing more to say other then to tell him that "I would speak to a lawyer." I know it would be asinine and it would be would be cheaper to buy the tires then to go court. The point of this review is that any trust I had in my purchase is gone, what else did they half ass on their so called inspection, how can I trust that their inspection is not just one of the many fake inspections that people can pay for. What else is going to break in my car, I was happy and had just good things to say about this place until 5pm on 11/7/16. Now I have to wonder if the battery on my hybrid is well, and according to him I can't trust any other Toyota dealership but the one that doesn't give a crap about me right now.
Bought a vehicle at Koons Toyota Tysons recently and had a great experience overall. the product is excellent and the organization that is this particular dealership is amazing when you consider the size of the operation. On the service side, the finance manager is wonderful and exceedingly professional. The delivery manager is great too, so helpful and he really took the time necessary to explain everything. Also, the assistant who showed us vehicles, took us on test drives, and brought us along through the process was very good. The only disappointment was our salesman who must have been very busy because we didn't see him very much - only briefly- and he didn't take any time with us to explain anything which would have been greatly appreciated - i guess he was too busy. Instead we got info from everyone else and we needed to ask the right questions.
