Didn't buy my Mustang here, but have had it serviced here for the last 3 years and am completely satisfied. Yes they charge dealer prices for the service, but you can always get an appointment, even at short notice. They have extended hours, they work quickly, and have comfortable waiting areas with snacks and drinks. There is also a Planet Fitness a 5-minute walk away if you have a longer wait.
Refreshing to see customer service work like it should. John called me to schedule a recall fix that was difficult getting parts for, I showed for the appointment and checked in with a different individual that called the service department and they said they didn't have any parts in stock. In the meantime, John showed up and told the service advisor who to talk to in the service department because they had parts set aside for my appointment. It appears the parts were put to the side for truck. Happy customer, thanks for the awesome service John!
I visited for an oil change. They said my car needed a new cabin air filter (with bunch of unnecessary extra repairs). But I already got my cabin air filter replaced by myself before the visit. So I rejected that recommendation. I came home and opened the cabin air filter container and it was EMPTY. The dealership mechanic got rid of the proof to hide the fact that the filter was indeed clean and not needed to be changed. CROOKS!
I would just like to say big thanks to King Tut at the dealership for helping me walk away with my dream car. I was interested in a particular Mustang back in November 2017 and wasn’t able to get it at the time, but he kept in contact with me and kept faith that I would return. 5 months later he made sure I was able to make it a reality. The entire business office is exceptional and surpassed all expectations. I cannot wait until I am ready to purchase another car from them. Thank you very much King Tut and Rick!
I bought my Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback at Koons Ford Falls Church in 2012. It's still running strong like a new car and I'm still driving it. I'm happy with this car than with the Lexus and BMW I drove before.
One of the reason I like this car is it hasn't had many mechanic problems and expensive repairs like other cars, all I need to do is keep my maintenance service up to date, and the staff at service department has always been very helpful with that. I know I can count on their excellent services.

I had a great experience here! Breagen was super helpful! I first thought I wanted the high end model of the car. However, he quickly realized that the mid-range model with the "special features" actually had everything I wanted and was significantly cheaper. Also, they did not have the car available in their store so he was able to arrange to get it from another Ford location all in the same day. He was also very kind and friendly throughout the process.
Brian Aleman did an excellent salesman job! The first day, I was little hesitant buying vehicle. Mr Brian took my cellphone number contacted me next day said, I still have black Escape available come in check it out again. Came in second time left out with Escape as happy customer! Brian displayed all the key elements professionalism, smile, answered questions great customer service. I noticed teamwork throughout the company.
Not your typical car dealer. Mike went out of his way not only to show me the features, but also the drawbacks, of the car. He was honest and comprehensive, while also giving me time to discover the car on my own. Joe (the finance guy) was also a straight shooter. I found both to be surprisingly intelligent conversationalists, the kind of guys I would invite to a cocktail party. I walked away confident that I got a good value, and I would certainly buy from them again.

Matt over at Koons Ford in Falls Church was simply amazing and made this entire process easy and a memorable process. 24 hours after submitting an inquiry on Koons Ford Website, Matt contacted me and invited me to come to the Dealership to learn more about the new Ford Focus options and to test drive the vehicle. I took one look at the Ford Focus Hatchback, test drove it and knew immediately that this was the car I wanted. After having a 2008 Ford Focus, I knew it was time for an upgrade and wanted to stay in the Ford Family. I am so happy I did. Russel Walker and the head manager have been so helpful and patient. They did whatever they could to make sure we were happy and satisfied. They made sure we left there with a smile on our face and made us feel like customers not money! I totally recommend anyone to go there if you're looking for a car with reasonable price, they will work with you! You can totally trust them!

Took my 2013 Escape here because the battery suddenly went dead after the computer went haywire. Looking about on the web it appears this is a common issue, in fact. But these guys never seem to heard of it. Instead they diagnosed it as a 'dead cell' in the battery, and replaced it. I told them to do a parasitic drain test, but they were confident in their prognosis. Now, a few months later, battery is dead again. Are they going to tell me now that they sold me another 'dead cell' battery? Just makes me think that these guys are incompetent and dishonest ('dead cell' is just some magic phrase I guess they toss at consumers whenever they can't figure out why an otherwise new battery is suddenly dead, presumably some original manufacturing flaw, but essentially impossible in modern batteries).
Fairly typical service department. My advisor was friendly and helpful, but one needed repair was not completed, yet I was charged over $125. I was told to bring it back -- inconvenient.
For a car dealership they made a big effort. The waiting area is well equipped with internet, a variety of cellphone chargers, hot and cold beverages and very comfortable furniture. Like any other dealership, it is always a hit or amiss with the salespeople. Car salespeople don't get their reputations from nothing.
Amazing dealership! When everyone else was trying to rip you off, Koons stayed true to my pre order and sold me my car as expected right when it came in. I got a new 2016 Focus RS and I cannot be happier. The service and quality at Koons Ford is top notch. Would recommend you go there if you are in the market for a new car.

Every person who met me made me feel like I was their most important customer. Even on a busy Saturday, everyone was very concerned with my happiness and gave full effort to completing my deal in every detail. They didn't rush, but took the necessary time to get everything right. My sales person, Russel Walker even offered to order dinner for me while we were taking care of business. I have no doubt that I will order my next car through him.
