Oh this is my store, the best saving and I can always find a bargain. I love it
Kohl's, in general, has some cute clothes and nice housewares. Good prices and lots of incentives to get in there and shop. Excellent customer service. However, the store is always a huge mess! Clothes on the floor underneath the racks, dressing rooms always full of discarded clothing, racks outside of the dressing rooms so full that one cannot hang unwanted try-ons up to be restocked. I often drive to the Lawrence store because it is so well organized and always neat as a pin! I have spoken to the Topeka manager but her excuse is that they have such a huge volume of stock. I have complimented the Lawrence manager who says keeping his store neat is his number one priority. Smart man.
I actually like this Kohls better than the one in Lawrence Ks. Set up better and better clearance!
They have good deals, I was a great place to go during times of having to buy a gift for birthdays Christmases Etc. Wish they had more variety for clothes for all size women. And have the floor more picked up and organized. The last few times we've been there clothes have been all over the floor and it looks like a tornado went through
We had a great time until we got to the cash register. Now, I understand it was black Friday and it was busy, but There was a lady who was directing people to working and vacant registers. When we got up to the register we were directed to, it shut down and we waited 30 minutes until the manager came to fix it. While waiting for the manager, the same woman told us to wait until the register was fixed. All the while, the same lady was directing customers into working registers while we were waiting. When the manager finally came, he moved us to a working register when he couldn't fix the one we were put at. Then, the cashier that we were moved to lied to us. She said that we could get points for signing up for the reward even when we weren't signed up for them and that we could upload our receipt online and get the points later just so we could get out as fast as possible. The girl at the first register was extremely nice. Even the manager was nice unitl he promised to give us a discount and didn't in the end.
Good location, easy to get in and out. Well organized store, employees were helpful.

Great place to shop. Wonderful styles and even more wonderful staff
I love Kohl's. Awesome sales. Lots of merchandise!
Prices are way too high wanted to get dress clothes for work and I am a plus size girl they also did not have what i needed for work cause it had to have a collar on it.
Its disorganized. Hard to find items. Rarely staff working in areas. I will buy a pair of jeans there from there from time to time that are in the front of store. My experience there attempting to buy a kitchen item they said online they had in stock and in ability to have a reasonable brick and mortar experience makes me think I will buy online more and more.
I can usually find something for everyone in the family from kids, to teens, to adults. They have a good selection of apparel, as well as household and seasonal items. They have all sizes at fair prices.
It would help if they had more than one sales clerk in the store. Walked around for 15 minutes in the store looking for help and the one guy that I did find kept huffing and puffing because I was a "bother" to him asking for him to find items that were in the back stock room. Typical Topeka, Ks. work ethic.
Too much free money here to actually get up and go to work. Pathetic.

I made 3 orders online, and despite the "hassle-free" returns, and my having returned nearly everything from all 3 purchases, part of my return was made in Kohls Cash instead of the cash I used to make the purchases. Why, I have no idea. I questioned this at the time of the return, came home and did the math, and went back to the store to find out why I was shorted $32.25 on my refund. The only thing the store can tell me is that they turned my cash into Kohls cash with an expiration date because I had used the Kohls Cash - despite my having RETURNED everything from that order. I kept NONE of that order. And NO ONE can explain why my $30 used Kohl's Cash somehow transformed into $40 as a return. Calling online Customer Support only confused those employees as they have no idea why my cash was not returned as CASH. As I STILL haven't got this issue resolved with 2 store trips and 2 phone calls, I will be going back to the store to return EVERYTHING from my purchases and see if they decide to keep MORE of my money. And then I will NEVER be purchasing from Kohls again, and I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW (and social media) about this experience, and why they too should never shop at Kohls, and specifically, the Topeka Kohls location.
Loved it! Great customer service and great prices!
They are complete crook's! they have a very limited supply of clothes that are completely overpriced all of their Levi's jackets leather and Jean are $150 Plus dollars that is outrageous and completely uncalled for. you could find Wrangler and Levi jean jackets at Vanderbilts for $30 all the way up to 75 dollars. don't waste your money at KOHL'S they're not worth it.
Always have great deals! I absolutely love shopping here! Great for all seasons! If you have a membership you can save so much money if you come here a lot!!!
