Still have plenty of nice gifts to choose from, check out lines are busy but not taking too long, pleasant staff and store in neat condition
I quit. Hated working here. Very unorganized, very messy store. I like to be efficient when working with customers. They dont train, they just throw you out there. I didnt know how to help people find anything. Clothes all over the floor. Restroom smells horribly. Very crowded with way too much merchandise, you can barely maneuver the carts through
Kohl's has been a wonderful experience for me for several years. My favorite Department store. Good cashiers, etc. Thank you Kohl's!!!
This store used to carry big and tall sizes such as 3XB and 3XT it seems they no longer carry these sizes making this store useless to me. Also what type of clothing store doesn’t carry t-shirts I understand wanting to have winter clothing available but not everyone wears sweaters. Also TURN THE DAMN THERMOSTAT DOWN!!!! Are you trying to boil people? I was in the store for 10 minutes and had to leave it was so damn hot!
A very nice lady showed me a Citizens watch which I bought. She efficiently adjusted the watch band for proper fit. A very pleasant experience!
I just left this store empty-handed. I planned on shopping for quite a few things but after being asked by several Associates if I was Finding everything okay and then asking them questions and them being befuddled and annoyed I left!
Jose in the jewelry dept found my wife's phone, great job.
I had a wonderful employee named, Daine, or close to that name. She was also my cashier. She was personable and helpful by giving me directions and where I might find great deals and I did with her help! She also made my exit where I felt valued as a customer! Great job! I'll be back!
One. Floor. Shopping. Very. Clean and pleasant
Lines a little too long over the holidays.
Kohls cash is a joke! Bought a $800.00 water slidegot $120 in Kohl's cash, and couldn't spend it till 7 days later. Quite an inconvenience considering I live over an hour away from the store.
Nice shopping environment, but not much different from other Kohl's.
I go here very often and usually the service is ok. I usually enjoy going to this store. But I went to the store recently and the cashier was the least friendly person you could meet. I asked her a question about the badge she was wearing with a discount offer and she decided to ignore my question and simply TURN the badge around! She could've just told me if it was not a valid offer, I would've understood. She was rude and she gave me a really ugly look when I asked her about my Kohl's charge discount. She was very unprofessional and rude. She was very unpleasant and had a bad attitude. I really hope she's just a temp worker because, for sure, this store will lose business with me if their employees don't know how to treat someone nicely.
To hear of the experience my mom endured while at this location is appalling. She walked in at least an hour before close today on July 7th to use her khols cash and shop even beyond what khols cash she had. The way she was treated by your employees is below my lowest of expectations.
Problem 1) She tried on some clothes, took the curteousy of hanging them back on the hanger and on the put back rack, only for an employee to remark to her "did you really just leave those all for me?" Excuse me? You work at khols, you are PAID to do this job and to remark to a customer you being unsatisfied with their shopping and leaving clothes even hung back on hangers is absurd.
Problem 2) my mother was walking through the store to head to athletics and at some point was asked by a cashier from a few feet away if she was ready to check out, when my mom said no and she still had some looking to do, to associate expressed dismay with an eye roll and dirty looks flashed between associates. Again completely unnecessary, you're paid until 10, at 9:30 you're still open.
Problem 3) she was rushed through check out once she got to that point of her trip and as she's going to leave the alarm tags were still on her purchased clothing. These cashiers that provided the previous attitude were so rushed and rude that they didn't take off the alarm tags, my mother tried to leave and the alarms go off. You'd think if the associates are so rude and quick to get out they might sub it with knowing how to get their jobs done the first time but that clearly doesn't happen at this location.
These listed above are REGULAR problems with a MAJORITY of the associates here. It's disgusting, to spend the money we do and be treated so poorly. I'll say, I worked retail for 3 years, I currently work in sales so I am not uninformed to what it's like to work retail. I NEVER treat any of my customers like they are in any way a burden to me or wasting my time. I'm disgusted with the way my family and many others have been treated here and so fed up corporate is getting involved.
Change needs to happen here.
