30% off by looking up coupon code online? Yeah not surprised they cut that loophole out. Now they are loading up more restrictions. We still frequent Kohls a couple times a year but I'm not surprised they were on the way out, especially being attached to that ole mall North Point. Circuit City of retail clothing companies maybe?

Worst customer service coming out off this store's manager. She would give every possible nonsense to prove her stupid points. I called online, not only I got my deal, they also apologized for her rude behavior. I would never shop at this Kohls. Even the employees working there hate her. Martina you suck

I called the store and spoke with "Stephanie Hampton" who was happy to assist me with my inquiry regarding clothing. I explained that I had been at another store and they did not have my size. She was patient and empathetic. One question: WHERE IS HAS DEGREE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE? I will give an update once I pick up the dress!
