Visited on black Friday the store was a wreck could not find any advertised deals we were looking for and the line was all the way around the store. But on a bright note the cashier was super friendly and gave us helpful advice and helped us save a bunch of money.

Always a clean store that is well stocked. Children tend to not throw tantrums as much in this store as they do other Kohls locations. So that's a plus.

It was quick and easy and the pick up desk was just inside the door! Items were great quality and I will do it again next time I need new clothes!!

Overpriced unless you have a deal, and some hostile staff, but if you do get a deal, and if you interact with the nice people, it's a good shop.

It's a Kohls. I do a lot of shopping for men's dress clothes for work. Decent prices of you got a sale and have coupons.

I had an awful experience at the Khols in hooksett. The woman who was ringing up the items I purchased was completely rude. She was a middle aged woman who clearly hated her job. This woman should not even be working in a customer service position. This experience was so bad that I would go out of my way to never have to go to this Khols location again.

The availability of products and assortment is good, but their return policy is hands down the worst out of any store I've been to. The fact that they can't look into and find an old receipt is amazingly terrible, it's not a new concept. Because of this, if you're trying to exchange something, you have to get something that's exactly the same cost, or take the lowest value it's ever been. There is no simply paying the difference even if it's only as little as a dollar or two. It's because of this atrocious policy that I refuse to do business here and only do so if I have received a gift that was purchased there. The only reason I give them two stars rather than one is simply because of their decent selection of home goods.
