I did a reservation for June 7. But when I came to the hotel there was nobody, and I was mad because they didn't tell me anything about the hotel being closed. They also didn't returned the money for the hotel and I tried to call them but they didn't answer me. Does anyone know where to report this?
The service and room were both good for the price
It was mostly ok, but the toilet was not flushed when we got there. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.
Clean but a little dated, quite cozy just right the staff is also very helpful.
Clean rooms and friendly staff. The WiFi wasn't so good, but we were only there for sleeping. Our room had a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. The room was a bit dated, but that's to be expected in a budget motel.
I'm not sure where the bad reviews are for. It's a cheap motel, guys. You're not going to get 5 star hotel service and amenities. If you're looking for a cheap bed, this place has them. I've stayed here in 2011 on a road trip and I'll probably stay here again.
Beds were decently comfortable in room 109. It looked a little run down, but clean and very functional. The outside looks a bit sketchy and so did a few of the other guests when we arrived super late due to construction and time zone changes, but it was quiet. No troubles.
You never know what you're going to get with cheap motels. I've had two reasonably positive stays. I'm giving 4 stars purely based off the room I stayed in. The shower dripped a little all night so other than that, it was perfectly fine for a place to crash from Wisconsin to Tennessee.
