All animals and handlers associated with KOTHT are tested for proper temperament and behavioral issues. We do not take our mission lightly and neither should anyone in association with our group.
Misty Dawn founded this group in 2001 and incorporated it in 2013 to provide social welfare to others. My grandma Friedrich instilled the love of God into me, she was the epitome of what every person should strive to be, kind, generous, loving, compassionate and non judgmental. She helped mold the woman I became. I also have to dedicate this group to my sons, sister, mother, father and children that were not mine by birth but loved and cherished just the same, they have had to spend many years coping with me being ill and I cannot even imagine how hard it has been, they have showed me what strength really means and to my American Bulldog - Misty's Stone Cold (a.k.a. Mack, Mackabee and Bubba) he was the first purebred dog I ever purchased and although I had worked with and owned animals all my life, he opened a whole new world of animal love and affection I had never seen. He showed me how an animal even though owned by another can have such a major impact on peoples lives when shared. He touched many lives and was even there at the end of some to see them off. God blessed me with the willingness to share and the desire to help others in any situation and I am so thankful for all he has done for me and all the people he has allowed me to meet.
