    I have been a Kiwi customer for over 10 years. I have never been disappointed with their service. Always on time and professional. Their warranty program is unparalleled. I have recommended them to all my friends.

    This photo is after their second duct cleaning. I cannot recommend their duct cleaning services. They did provide me with great customer care and redid my duct cleaning and furnace again. Furnace is spotless.

    Their vacuum hoses are flexible and brushes do not rotate. Although I paid a couple of hundred bucks for this service, I regret not paying a little more for duct cleaning elsewhere with rigid vacuum hoses and motorized soft brushes. I stick my hand in there and i can wipe off more dust.

    However, I will not hesitate to call them again for carpet cleaning.

    Our technician Eric was amazing! He cleaned our love-seat and carpet and they look brand new! Not only was he very professional and easy-going, he helped me understand the technical aspect of WHY he was doing what he was doing & HOW he was going to do the cleaning. He was both a service provider and a teacher. Thank you Kiwi!!

    We have used Kiwi services many times. Always great results. Great customer service, always on time as scheduled and professional. Available to answer any questions and suggestions for specific areas. Highly recommended and will continue to call Kiwi for carpet needs!

    I was very pleased with how quickly someone was able to come out and clean our carpets. We had never had them professionally cleaned. The carpet turned out amazing! The girls arrived early and went above and beyond. We are very happy with the end results. We would definitely use them again.

    We have three dogs so a clean carpet is something I need to help with. Kiwi Services did a marvelous job cleaning and freshening our carpet. I'd definitely use them again.

    The technician arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. My carpet looks much better now. The stains were pre-treated and look great. I would use this service again for my cleaning needs.

    I would not use any other Carpet Cleaning Service after using Kiwi. They are always on time and do an excellent job! Their one-year warranty can't be beaten! And their customer service department is the best.

    Fantastic work! Art was our technician, he performed a thorough cleaning of living, den and bedrooms, going over the high traffic areas twice. He spot treated areas first where our lodge had some accidents, then added some cleaning deodorants after he cleaned the area. Our carpets are very clean and soft. I would highly recommend Art of Kiwi carpet service.

    My mother passed away in our home. My surviving dad wanted carpets cleaned in a couple of rooms. We hired Kiwi based on reviews. When the guy (said he was some 19 yrs with Kiwi) came, he refused to take off his shoes or cover his shoes (note: we're Asians, and we don't wear shoes in our home), and he said he had to walk on the very carpet he was going to clean with his shoes on, and if we didn't like it, "he would just leave." I was about to tell him to go, but my dad said that it would be okay. He was RUDE, did not explain why he could not remove his shoes - he did later, and had the audacity to suggest that we buy shoe covers for him and other service people, who might come to our house. Every other service company I've ever hired always brought their own! I will certainly never be hiring Kiwi services again.

    I have had my rugs cleaned by Kiwi several times over the years. First I must say that the quality of the work is exceptional. My rugs always come back looking like they are new! Second, the service is always very helpful, smooth and easy. I would, and do, recommend Kiwi to anyone planning or asking about rug cleaning!

    These people tell you one price over the phone and then when they are finished cleaning your carpet, try to charge you a higher price than what they had quoted you. About a year ago, I called and was quoted one price and I agreed to have the work done. Once they cleaned the carpets, they tried to add an extra $20 to the price quoted....bringing the total to $238.

    I sent them a check for the original amount quoted and refused to pay the bogus $20 extra they tried to scam me out of. They cashed the check and ever since then they have been calling about every two months, saying I owe them the full $238. This is harassment as I have already paid them for what they initially quoted me.

    I call and tell them this and they say they will stop the harassing calls but they don't. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would advise anyone needing carpets cleaned to avoid this company.

    If I could give them a zero I would. I've used Kiwi for almost 13 years to clean carpets in the house, area carpets and my ventilation system, but never again. In May 2016 we did the same thing and spent over $1700, but in doing my area carpets which have to be off site, it took them 75 plus days because they were still working on them , but no one would ever proactively communicate even when you got them on the phone with, "I'll call you right back". Seven months later with including the "manager" Steve on the phone, I'm having to track down the refund for one of my area carpets after committing to have it in the mail in October. I don't know what happened to this company, but I WOULD STAY AWAY from them if you want timely service.
