Amazing creativity. Must see if you are to remodel or build new. Ask for Jim/Natalie they knows their stuff.
I had never done a remodel before and I could never have accomplished my dream without Kitsap Kitchen and Bath and especially the help of design coordinator Heather and project manager MarkI am thrilled with the end results and recommend KK&B highly!
Kitsap Kitchen and Bath came through with an absolutely perfect kitchen backsplash install! I had had a number of issues with the tile company contracted by the builder of my home and Heather and team stepped in and took the job from concept to completion with the level of professionalism and attention to detail I had begun to think was impossible to find. Not only would I recommend them highly, I plan to continue to use Kitsap Kitchen and Bath on future projects at my home!
Kitsap Kitchen & Bath did a great job helping us with 2 bathroom remodels. There were a couple of hiccups with one of their subs, but Heather was great at communicating and making sure everything was taken care of in the end. Thanks!
Working with Kitsap Kitchen has been a blessing, Jim and crew are very knowledgeable, and get the job done when promised. Their products are far superior to home depot and lowes.
We had such a great experience working with KKB. We had them remodel our bathroom. Our budget was not extravagant, but they made it look like a million bucks. Speaking of budgets, there were zero surprises. What we agreed on at the beginning is what we paid. There was a mix-up with our tile choice and they handled it perfectly. The crew was professional and prompt. We truly couldn't be happier with the outcome. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
We had a picture in mind. We wanted our too small, too dark and outdated bath to be one we loved instead of dreading. Wow. Working with Kitsap Kitchen and Bath was exceptional. The staff was congenial, interested in our input and highly skilled. The coordination between all craftsmen involved was seamless. They offer surface material options that are exciting and leading edge. The designer was tasteful and aware of what was available to us never forgetting any of our concerns and wishes. Our bath is so lovely. We have hired them to help us with our other two other bathrooms. We highly recommend Kitsap Kitchen and Bath.
So first off, I want to mention the place is small and cozy. I was greeted by friendly personnel.
We have a complicated renovation that is partially done and also a portion not at all. Easily, even without buying shower and toilets and vanity for the bathroom from Kitsap kitchen and bath, the custom shelves we need as well as the tile would set us back a few grand for the bathroom/laundry room alone, but also I have a pantry that needs work. (Custom shelving and interior design throughout.)
I filled out their paper for an estimate of the job, which I was mentally preparing would be near 10-15 grand worth of work done. But no.They refused the job, citing that they would not make money. WHAT? they did not come and even see the space, did not even try to give us a quote???
When we called, before we even showed up at the show room we explained our situation and the woman on the phone said "no job is too small"..??? Guess they are liars there too.
I live in Bremerton and drove all the way up special thinking they were the business That i a mother of three growing boys under 5 would FINALLY have a finished bathroom and usable laundry room. And they would do the magic work to get me there. But I guess the job and my money was just not what they wanted to do.
After my first impression (which was very good) i am left thinking they are snooty and choosy. This is a bad economy and i hope their business sinks or THEY change their practice.
If they had simply said, "We can't work on the plumbing and fixtures you have, but what we CAN do is finish up your pantry, and the floor in the bathroom. But they did not even work with us on that. They simply refused. :( I am left thinking very poorly of this place.
