  Really it’s not worth even a one star rating! I’m so disappointed ☹️
  I called and spoke to Corey and he answered a lot of questions, he seemed like a nice person. I wasn’t able to go in the store at the time. I placed an order online, Corey said he would deliver it. That was on 6/11/23 …. Haven’t received my order. I called and left several messages, never got a return phone call. Last night I called the store and Corey answered. I explained everything to him…. His response was our online orders have been down and he had no idea. Corey was very apologetic and said he would drop the order off at my door in the morning. Needless to say he didn’t drop it off. Called the store today 6/24/23 and Corey wasn’t there and the guy working at the store isn’t allowed to give out his number. My husband went to the store and showed him my order… they don’t have ANY of the products I ordered in stock. Corey is supposedly going to call me. I seriously doubt it!!!!!
  That’s basically being a thief!!!! 😡

  Their stuff is honestly awesome, but I go in almost daily, or i call, and 95 percent of the time they have very little inventory. If they could keep products on shelves; This would be my favorite kratom store ever

  These guys know their stuff and are so kind and generous. One of the highlights of my colorado trip was meeting the owner here who was so knowledgeable and hooked me up big time with freebies. 10/10 best kratom vendors in Colorado!

  I stop in the the Canon City location around every 10 days or so but today was a horrid experience. I go in frequent enough that I have accumulated some coupons for future purchases. The regular gal, Rachel was not there and I told this young associate that I left the coupon at home but she immediately started telling me I could not get the discount and that Rachel has been warned many times not to give out coupons to customers and she is not the boss or manager Cody and Cory are. I was appalled by her attitude and could not believe she was bad mouthing her co-worker! Clearly she was very young and does not have enough life experience in how to deal with the public.
  Honestly even though this stores shelves are always pretty much empty I keep going back because Rachel is amazing but not after today. Sorry Rachel.
  I was literally one of the first customers this location had and today it was bad enough I will not be returning. You might want to do some interpersonal training with your employees. Going back to Happy Hippo.
  FYI I finally got the discount after "Seeley" contacted her boss but it was too late. I have a bad taste left in my mouth.

  I was in town for a weekend and stopped in. I am so glad that I did. These guys are very knowledgeable about their products, very helpful and most importantly, honest.
  Being in the flooring business for over 25 years, I deal with daily pain. When I explained my situation to them, they knew exactly what I needed. Their prices are very reasonable and they they carry high quality products.
  Although I live over 240 miles away, and there are closer Kratom stores nearby, I will continue to purchase from Kiody Kare using their shipping services.
