Was prepared to spend money today on some new Hoka's since not many places carry them in the area. Didn't have a single pair in my size of any style of ANY brand. The four kids working there were too busy gossiping about their sororities behind the counter to bother to ask if I needed help. Last time I shop at Kinnucan's; time to head on to Mountain High Outfitters for good.

They had a great sale today that I knew about because of my email. None of the staff mentioned the bogo sale to me, no one offered to help me. I finally went to the counter with questions and five associates are standing around talking to each other. You really need to work on customer service.

Staff was more interested in talking to each other about what they were going to do that night than help me or answer any questions.

Bad customer service none of the employees asks do you need help or anything. All of the staff just walk around and ignore the customers. Did not have alot of sizes in the women's shoe section. Will not return to the location for anything. There are competitors and I will be shopping with them!
