    DO NOT EVER purchase anything from this company. They are crooks. I bought a refrigerator, dish washer, range, over the range microwave, front load commercial washer & dryer. All top of the line. I paid $2,500 down. They couldn't bring the washer & dryer the day they said they would so we were going to cancel our order, so they found a way to bring it. I put ONE load in it & it locked up & gave me error codes. We tried clearing the code (as per instructions) and the door would not unlock or reset. My fiance called them the next day & they said OH that is not good. They came & picked up the washer & dryer (door locked with my clothes still in it) and we're going to bring us a new one same day. Then they called to say they couldn't bring it. I then cancelled my entire order. TO DATE they have not brought my wet & molding clothes to me after it took several days to get a technician to their store to open the door & said they would not clean them or pay to have them cleaned AND said they refunded me my $2500 to my account and this has not happened either. They claim they refunded my account on Wed & said my bank must be holding it but my bank said they were not & would not hold a deposit. Greg has been rude since this happened. I called yesterday & spoke to Tori, I asked for a Manager & he was busy. I left my name, phone# and a detailed message of why I was calling and GUESS WHAT? He never called me back. Not much of a manager. If this were my company and store I would have told the person to go get their laundry dry cleaned, bring in the receipt & we would reimburse them. What a CRAPPY company!! I would give them a negative star rating if there were one available.

    Doesn't service what they sell and claims they will have someone service it for you quickly. All they do is call Whirlpool and have someone else local do it. I would have just bought from the local dealer had I known. Best to just shop local

    Loved this place! Good prices and the salesmen were awesome. The salesmen weren't pushy and didn't hover over you like some places. They still tried to sell stuff of course (it is there job!) but they did it in the best way possible. Funny, informative, and very helpful! Highly recommend.

    Horribly overpriced, and the salesmen would try to corner you into a sale. No thank you. Oh, and they didn't know much about the sound systems there.

    I bought a Whirlpool HE washer and dryer a couple years ago at Kings. The manager named Sean was my salesman. He seemed very nice and supposedly gave me a good deal. HOWEVER! His deliverymen marred the front right panel on the washer when they delivered it and Sean promised to get it replaced, I called him, id say at least 6 times over the next year and he continually promised to order this panel and have it replaced. He never did. I cant see me buying anything else from this store. This seemed to me to be a very simple matter to rectify to keep a customer happy. I might also add that when I bought my home entertainment center a few yeares eaerlier from Kings, which was a big screen tv with Klipsch surround sound, I spent $8,000.00 and was their highest paying customer at that point. Sean knew this yet I was not valued enough as a customer to take care of this simple problem. Doug
