KineticZ has been started by trainer Zac Schrieber. Zac is an educated and passionate individual interested in improving the overall quality of life for everybody he works with through movement analysis and personal training. He has dedicated his life, professionally and recreationally, to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle while instructing and sharing his enthusiasm with others. He has earned his Associates in Ski Area Operations from Colorado Mountain College also completing his EMT-basic, continued studying Exercise Sport Science at Western State Colorado University, and graduated with his Bachelors in Kinesiology from Northern Illinois University. He then interned at Paradigm Performance training under Dr. Stuart Hui focusing on EXOS, and Z-Health modalities to prevent injury and increase performance amongst athletes at all levels. In 2015 Zac moved to Los Angeles to train Hollywoods most elite actors to increase their fitness level to prepare them for stunt training. He is currently a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is First Aid & CPR certified through the American Heart Association. Zac has decided to bring his knowledge of fitness back home to where he was born and raised, Elgin Illinois.
Today we completed The Great Western Half Marathon! Zac finished his 1st 13.1 mile race & Amy PR’ed her 2nd half marathon finishing in under 2 hours. 🏃🏼♂️🏃🏽♀️We started training exactly one month before this race & it has been great to see how KineticZ cross training has accelerated this preparation & helped us reach our goals. You can do anything you train for #KineticZStrong
Last night we had the pleasure to attend the Elburn Countryside Fire & Protection Awards Night & we’re incredibly surprised & humbled to come home with an Award of Exemplary Service for improving the members fitness and health levels. As a Personal Trainer our whole goal is to improve the lives of the people we work with but it’s very rare to be recognized for that. The passion & drive these Firefighters show to improve themselves makes my job easy. I’m proud of the partnership we have together. 🏅
We just completed our first year of training at Elburn Countryside Fire & Protection & cannot wait to see what the second year holds for us! #KineticZStrong Elburn Professional Fire Fighters Association IAFF #4749
