Very positive experience. I walked in with a problem with my iPad, and the technician I quickly fixed it for me. I was impressed and will have any future repairs to either the iPad or our home PC done here.

I went in because my keyboard wasn't working and they fixed it immediately, in about 5 minutes. They provide great, fast service and are very friendly. 10/10 (or 5 stars), would definitely recommend to everyone who needs a computer looked at or fixed.

I have brought in my phone on 3 separate occasion for battery, screen, and water damage issues. All done and fixed and phone now works perfectly. Very professional staff and finishes in a timely manner!!!

Awesome Service. Locally owned and operated! Verizon said I needed a new iPhone for a $1000. Keys Technology had my broken screen replaced perfectly in less than one hour! Phone looks and operates like new! Thanks Keys Technology!

I had Wifi issues, which ended up just being a switch that was turned off. Simple fix and I feel like a dummy, but they didn't charge me and that was very cool of them. For that, here's a five star rating, lol.

I dropped my IPad Pro off on Monday because I cracked my screen. They called me Tuesday and said parts were in (a day earlier then expected). I dropped it off this morning and this afternoon I got a call telling me it was finished. The sales girl said bring the credit card that I used to pre-purchase the screen. I got there and she explained that it turned out that it was just the screen protector that cracked, she refunded me all my money and didn't charge me for my stupidity! Great way to watch out for their customers!

The staff here is fast and efficient. Agnes also takes the time to break down exactly what the problem is. They were able to save all my information, clean my devices, make them faster and tell me how to prevent this in the future! AND Same Day Service! Thank you so much!!

Keys Technology was able to replace my IPhone screen quickly and reasonably. I had first gone to the AT&T store, and they said I needed a new phone. I ended up saving a lot of money and my phone still is working just fine a few months later. I highly recommend them!

My iPhone 6 stopped charging so I took it have the connector repaired. The professional technician carefully checked the input port and carefully removed a few suspicious pieces of dirt and presto it worked. Very pleased and would happily have paid a reasonable fee but she said no charge. I have since talked with others and they reported great results also. If I lived in Key West I'd surely go to them again!

My phone wouldn't charge, brought it in. They gave me a fixed price and told me it would be ready in 2 hrs. They found out what the problem was and they didn't have to change the terminal. They didn't charge me. They were honest and fast. Now I know where to go!
