I had a issue with the bank about a promotion. Within 4 months I had contacted the branch manager multiple times, every time he told me a false statement that it was being resolved and I should get it soon. Not only that, the account opening was handled dishonestly: I specifically told him not to open a credit line associated with my account; Without my consent, he opened one for me. They don't care about you, they just try to get every penny from you. The worst banking experience ever!

Terrible banking experience, not conduct business in an honest way. Run into some issue and pinged the bank and the branch multiple times, super long time passed and I haven't heard a word back, they will not try to solve any issue and show zero respect for their customers. Among the 2 dozen banks ever used, this one is definitely one of the worst two.
