I am really disappointed with the latest service. When I first moved to key West and had a couple safety recall issues, the service was great. But this last recall issue has been poorly handled. I have been trying to get a matter taken care of for over a year. The first time I attempted, I made an appointment, brought my car in and when I was called to pick it up, they told me they hadn't done it and had to order another part. Said they would call. Never did.
I went again a couple weeks later to see if part was in. Was told still on order, they would call. Never did. I called next time, was told someone would call back. Never did. Called again. Same result. Now am once again waiting for a call back. My next step if this is not addressed soon will be to file a complaint.response / report this review -

Had my brakes done on my sequoia and they left 3 lug nuts off.
Had work done on my Prius and they left the lower engine cover un attached so about a mile out of the shop it ripped completely out. I will always drive to Miami to get anything done to my cars, this place is a nightmare!response / report this review -

I would've given them a lower rate if there was one. I am not sure how the car sales works there but the service and car care sucks big time, it's terrible, I am not sure how they are still in business. I am trying to fix my car there with the warranty for like 3 months but they keep telling me all kind of bullshit.

I'm surprised to see the poor reviews. I've used Duncan Ford and Toyota for service since moving to Key West about 6 years ago. They have worked on our Prius, Tacoma, Camry, Taurus, and Lexus, I've had 100% satisfaction with the quality and timeliness of their work. I find them friendly, competent and honest. I purchased the Camry from them because of the good service. The sales manager, Raul, help solve registration problems with my Tacoma even though I bought it in Michigan. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. ******

I did a finance application on their website and it told me that someone would call me that day. 4 days later and no response. I called the dealer and the person on the phone was not aware of the credit application online. After holding 10 min I was told someone would call me. Yet no contact from them days later. Even after multiple emails. Feeling very uneasy about submitting such sensitive personal information to them.

If you are looking for incompetent service and possible tragedy on the road, look no further than this Toyota service department. We took our car in due to a recall. The service department held our car for 24 hours to "fix" the problem. We never had an issue with our car EVER until the incompetent people in this service department got their hands on our vehicle. After less than 3 weeks of taking our car in, my husband and I, while driving on I-95, felt the car shake. Thinking it could just be the wind, we kept driving. A few minutes later we felt another shake while making a big turn on the freeway. Then, while on a major portion of the freeway near Jacksonville our car hopped back and forth across the road. It was losing stability and the back of our car started swinging back and forth. It was so scary!! I am 7 months pregnant and we were on our way to a family reunion when we had to stop at a dealership in Jacksonville to turn our car in and pick up a rental. The dealership in Jacksonville basically told us that the problem was due to the recall and the poor job done in Key West. They video taped what went wrong with the repair job and sent it to the Key West dealership. We had an easy time with the Jacksonville dealership and our car works fine now. We will NEVER go back to the Key West dealership ever again. We have ZERO confidence in their abilities. DO NOT GO HERE! It was the scariest experience and we are quite lucky that no one hit from behind.
