Thank you to Tommy and Mary. Had a issue in our unit called talked to Mary she said someone would be over. In 5 mins Tommy was at our unit and had the problem solved. Thank you to both 5 star staff.

The staff was nice and accommodating. Thank you. We were booked for a room at Orofino by Straight Creek, when we got to the room for early preseason ski, it was filled with bugs, spiders and creepy crawlies in a lot of the corners. I assume the room had not been booked over summer time and it was not refreshed since. The carpet was filthy and we would not stay at this place for several reasons. I called Key to the Rockies, and the lady that answered more then understood about Orfino as she explained they just acquired the property. She got us out of that condo and moved us to the Keystone Riverbank Lodge. This was much better in all ways. Thank you

My Wife, sister, and I just came back from the wedding, stayed in Pines 2134. The condo was in good shape and everyone at Key to the Rockies were very helpful. We look forward to coming back for Ski season. The area is beautiful!!!

We had a GREAT stay with Key to the Rockies! Thank you so much for finding us a beautiful condo with all of the credentials that we needed! Not only was our condo at The Springs clean and roomy, but being able to walk to the Keystone Village was key! And we didn't leave without taking full advantage of the awesome onsite pool with water slide! Thank you, Patrice and Mo, for helping us find the perfect rental and being so knowledgeable and accommodating!! We will definitely be booking with you again on our next trip to Keystone!
