  Kevin Burns is extremely knowledgeable with the current housing market and what it takes to prepare a home for sale. Kevin took the time to explain the process and to make suggestions that ultimately resulted in our home selling the first day on the market. In addition to his real estate knowledge Kevin has a designers eye for presentation that I truly believe helped with the fast sale of our home. Kevin responded quickly whenever we called or texted with our questions or concerns. I highly recommend Kevin Burns to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

  I worked with Kevin to purchase my home after recommendations from friends and he did not disappoint! Kevin is extremely detail oriented and went above and beyond to make sure he presented all available options to me. He is very responsive, thorough and kept me well informed throughout the whole home purchase process including negotiations. Overall, Kevin has been the best realtor I have worked with and I highly recommend him!

  Kevin is hands down the best agent I had the pleasure to work with. Kevin helped us to sell our home in Apple Valley after we have moved to Texas. He took care of everything to make our home ready for listing by changing the carpet, paining, replacing water heater, etc. while we were in Texas. Kevin quickly sold our home and we singed all papers online. We were very concerned about this remote selling process but Kevin has made the process very smooth and stress free for us. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking an honest, hardworking, and skilled agent!

  Kevin, has helped us purchase two homes over the past 12 years. His attention to detail, working with builders and being available to help us find the perfect homes when we didn't even know what we were exactly looking for was priceless. He knew what we would want as a newlywed couple and when our family expanded quickly, he helped us find a home closer to family and enough space for our three children to grow and thrive.   Kevin and his team helped us relocate to Hudson from Denver last summer and found the perfect house for us in a matter of days.
