I found out 5 months after buying that the vehicle they sold me had been in an accident. It's not like I didn't ask them about the vehicle history. I was assured that they don't sell vehicles with "a history".
Service was good before and after the sale only place willing to work with me
I had a good experience at Kerns! They were able to give me a good deal on a used Chevy Tahoe!
Horrible salesman.
HORRIBLE SERVICE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAl SALESMEN AND MANAGEMENT. I bought a 2008 Ford Fusion with a 6 disc CD player. Apparently Fords, with this type of CD player, do not work well with burnt discs. This piece of information, which would have been nice to know at the time, was not written in the manual and was also neglected to be mentioned by anyone at Kerns. I would not consider this knowledge to be common sense to a 24 year old girl. My 1998 Camry took burnt discs!! The salesman I worked with told me he could replace it after the dics I had put in it the second day of ownership became stuck. After trying to get a hold of him, and eventually anyone who would help me, for 4 months I became tired of being ignored, so my mom and dad decided to give it a try. Dad got no where and mom, however, got an answer. Management claimed they did not know what was said during the conversation between me and the salesman so they cannot really help. I'm sure simple communication with the salesman could have solved this problem but this might have required too much work for them. They then proceeded to say they would "offer" to put a new CD player in for $190. How generous of them!!! Don't waste your time with these people. They are selfish and eager to make a sale regardless of follow up or satisfaction of the customer. I will NEVER be setting foot on any kind of Kerns property again, nor will I allow anyone I know to waste their time! Save yourself money and time by buying a car from somewhere else.
